Vacation rentals with a patio in University of Texas at Austin

Shawn is an awesome host. We requested to change our reservation very last minute and he kindly accepted it. The apartment has a little bit of a weird smell but overall very clean and nice! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here.

I absolutely loved staying at Joseph's place! I ended up extending my trip but his place was not available, I regret not booking it for the whole at first! When I come visit Austin again, I am definitely making sure to book with him again! Super responsive, everything was super clean and organized! The amenities are just perfect and what you need! The bed was super comfy as well!! Highly recommend!

Overall awesome - unfortunately the first night the neighbors had a gathering that lasted until about 1:00 AM. You could hear it all pretty clearly in one of the bedrooms, but the kids slept straight through in the other. Apartment is in a great spot, easy to get in and out of even on S Lamar. Very friendly and the hosts were amazing. We would stay here again.

Great place! Super comfy

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Great spot for the value. Street is a main artery for getting around but surprisingly quiet at night. Other tenants and neighbors were friendly, everyone going about their business. I would recommend this suite to anyone flying solo or a couple.

Really nice place in the heart of the domain. The balcony was amazing with swings and a pool table right across the street from north italia and a park. Tim was a great host and there was ample towels and toiletry left for guests. I would definitely recommend this place when staying at the domain.

Loved the location never too far from any local attractions and very comfortable to go back to relax in!

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

Perfect 5 star accommodations. Rita and Bill were responsive and friendly. The house was located on a large and quiet lot yet close to restaurants, stores and parks. The inside was very clean, large and well laid out for multiple guests to get a good night's sleep. Super comfortable furniture and beds with a stunning master bathroom. Very well appointed kitchen with all the special extras like Keurig coffee and granola bars. A lot of children's games for both indoor and outdoor play. Many comfortable outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the Texas sunrise and sunsets. Unfortunately it got cold and snowy during our stay, otherwise we would have taken advantage of those outdoor spaces. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks Rita and Bill!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The place was exactly as described and in a quiet neighborhood yet closer to city. Molly's place was perfect for our family. She was incredibly flexible with checkin which was super helpful. She was proactive in helping us navigate an impending winter storm and made our stay very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—centrally located between Austin's downtown neighborhoods, making it super convenient to explore the city. We often walked to where we were going, and Lyfts were always readily available when needed. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and had thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. We appreciated the in-unit laundry, tea selection, Nespresso machine, guidebooks, and makeup wipes—a few extra amenities that you don’t get at a hotel. This unit features a balcony overlooking I-35. Despite being close to the highway, noise was never an issue. The bed was a little softer than what we usually prefer, but we still slept great! Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Lastly, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to match our evening flight. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The location is prime, it was a quick drive/Uber to lots of attractions and great bars/restaurants in the city. The space, itself was so cozy and inviting. The hosts were so proactive and were great communicators, I got great recommendations from them. I look forward to staying here again!

This place was everything you want in Austin. Walkable restaurants and a great vibe in a great neighborhood. I have stayed in this building several times and in several different apts, this is one of the best. Grab it if you can, you won't regret it. (And please eat at Emmer + Rye while you are there - so good)

Great location in a lovely neighborhood, near gym, coffee shops, and restaurants. Comfortable apartment with all conveniences and fast and effective communication and check-in/out.

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!
