Vacation rentals with a fireplace in University City

Lovely home with comfy beds and linens. Great to have off-street parking. Make some time to explore the house library 📚 The tub is yummy - grab some soaking salts in downtown Maplewood and enjoy a soak. Our pups really enjoyed the backyard and that made our trip so much easier. Don’t fret about the train - home and windows are well insulated and any noise is minimal. The house looks just like the pictures. We were 5 minutes away from a grocery store. It was easy to access public transportation which was a block away. I would definitely recommend renting this property.

We loved our stay at Sean’s place. Great kitchen for our cookie baking and very comfortable for the 6 adults staying. We’d definitely choose Sean’s place again! The house has a nice backyard space that would also be great for outdoor activities.

Shawana was proactive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze and the location was easy to find via Maps. The place was clean and comfortable and my friends and I especially appreciated the stocked kitchen. Morning coffee and tea was a breeze. We did not end up cooking while we were there, however it was nice to see that we could have if we chose to!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was roomy for our needs. We did not get to enjoy the back yard due to the weather not cooperating. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to use for our clothes. The carport was helpful also since it was raining during our stay. Jessallyn was prompt when we had a question and was very helpful and kind. We would stay again if we come back to the area and need a place like this one.

We adored Kristin’s home away from home! She provided wonderful recommendations that were close to us. She gave clear instructions for checking in and checking out and we felt very safe considering the area! Everything was great would definitely recommend!

The space is great -- super clean as other guests described, comfortable, and well stocked. Ashley was super flexible and accommodating. There were lots of things that helped with our kids (baby gate, dishes, pack and play). Great stay.

Exactly as advertised. Clean. Soulard is fun area to explore. Stayed here for a wedding at The Franklin of Soulard. 5-6 min easy walk. Accommodated our service dog with nice fenced back yard.

It’s a very cool space - old floors, high ceilings, etc. There’s some noise from the neighbors in adjoining units but nothing unusual about that. Host was very helpful and friendly. One of the best I’ve ever interacted with.

Great apartment located in trendy area. Was a perfect location for us while my father had surgery at Barnes hospital. Highly recommend.

My parents were visiting me for the first time in STL and I wanted a place that would be in a safe neighborhood with plenty to do around it. This stay was perfect! Quick drives from Busch Stadium, our Budweiser Tour, and The Hill for Italian dinner reservations. We also walked to a handful of nearby restaurants. The place was clean and perfect for our needs.

Jose’s place was great. Very clean and comfy. It’s in a really convenient location for attractions like the zoo and Grant’s Farm. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ron's place in the Delmar Loop. The unit is well appointed with beautiful hardwood floors. It's close to all the great restaurants and activities in the Loop. We especially enjoyed thee Peruvian restaurant, Brasas, which is right next door. We thought street noise might be an issue since the unit faces Delmar, but we found the unit to be quiet. Ron was responsive.

Place was as shown in pictures. Very nice large rooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Great park across the street.
