As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Very peaceful place, kids friendly place with water park, play area and Mohamed was exceptionally helpful with quicker response, local recommendations and flexible with check in and out.

Enjoyed our stay at Zayed’s - the space is great for families and the kitchen was well kitted out. Even some dishwashing liquid which was greatly appreciated. Zayed’s communication was excellent and all of his instructions clear. Thank you so much for the great stay!

The apartment was lovely , fabulous views ( 47th) floor. The apartment was spacious, clean and held everything we needed. Quick walk to the mall via the walkway made it so easy for us without trying to cross roads. There is a small supermarket at the entrance of the building also a supermarket in the walkway, very handy when you arrive back from the day. Overall we have had an amazing stay. Thank you .

Really good and convenient place next to the airport. Host communicates well and extremely fast. Place is as nice and spacious and just what was needed after a long flight.

The apartment was great for my stay in Dubai and as described. Alex was very responsive and helpful with anything needed. Self Check in was easy and location was good. Bus stop right in front if needed and goes to Mall of Emirates where there is a metro station. Everything was clean. Also appreciate the welcome pizza after a day of travelling. Thanks Alex

From check-in to check-out, my family and I had a wonderful stay. The room was neat and well-organized, and we were especially impressed with how clean the kitchen and toilets were. Everything was well-maintained, and the host coordination was smooth and hassle-free. There is some good restaurant in walkable restaurant. Highly recommend this property for your next stay—you won’t be disappointed!

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

I really liked the place, space is much better for 3 pax with extra bed. Location is also very accessible,close to bus stop, even Bathroom and kitchen also were good & clean. Finally Usman is a nice host though.Keep it up the good work.

I stayed with my family for a week at Salma's apartment, and it was all better than planned. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, with many restaurants nearby and also a few blocks from JBR, an area with a lot of atmosphere and also many restaurants. The apartment is super comfortable, even nicer than the photos, and with a terrace that is a pleasure to have breakfast there every day. Salma was an impeccable host, she gave us all the information in detail and was always attentive to our needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Thank you very much for this great place, the location is just amazing as it is inside the famous Anantara resort. The lagoon pool is right outside the building, the kids club is next door, the beach and the bigger pools as well. We asked for cleaning room service which was arranged and managed by our host. We had access to room service from the hotel for food if we wanted to. There are all the amenities you need for children (some toys, pushchairs, baby chair, baby bed…) . We took the NamJai subscription during our stay which we highly recommend as you have plenty of discounts on restaurants / food / drinks that made it totally worth it. The mall of the palm is 15 min away by car where you can find plenty to do. The Atlantis waterpark is 7 min away by car and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. Thank you again to the host that were very helpful and always available for any questions or requests.

We had a great stay and the place is so quite and clean. Sanaz was so helpful and had given us all the instructions and directions to easily locate the place though it's hard to find at first. Overall, it was a great experience being in that place.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Michael is really proactive in communication and from the moment the booking is confirm, he will take you in charge by message and ensure a smooth arrival. Regarding the area, there are two supermarkets in walking distance from where you can do all groceries you need (or directly enjoy food from the restaurant there) and cook everything in the shared kitchen. The room got a private fridge if you need to store anything fresh. If you come by car, the whole area is free, but from around 7-8pm it become busy and finding a free spot can require some creativity.
