I celebrated my 50th Birthday in Dubai and loved the apartment. It was very tidy and a lovely apartment equipped with everything we needed. Good bedroom sizes and nice bathrooms. Alessandro’s is a great host and was there when you need him. Mrs Hia who was responsible for the keep of the house was very friendly and was available anytime we needed her. We had a great stay!

This is really nice space. Micheal designed it with heart. He tried to provide all necessary things like fridge, sofa, coffee table, electric kettle and study table inside. So one can feel complete. Micheal is super responsive and always available for the guest. If guest need anything Micheal is always available.

A circular pool is surrounded by a smooth tiled deck. Mosaic tiles in shades of blue line the pool, reflecting sunlight in the clear water. A small, circular seating area is integrated into the pool, featuring steps for access.

I stayed for one month. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, clean, services are great, staff are very friendly, housekeeping are good, air conditioning is strong, sofabed is comfy and can easily sleep two. I only had one real issue. On a few occasions I did find the odd little critter, but it can be expected in this environment. When housekeeping were informed, they acted swiftly. There’s a supermarket next door, shisha across the road, plenty of small restaurants nearby (Royal restaurant has amazing food and cheap). Mosque, clothes shop, basketball court, big supermarket, money exchange and restaurants less than 5mins walk away. Metro 10 min walk I would really recommend this place and although it’s 4 star, it’s not a Marriott. There could be some very minor improvements but all in all very comfortable and a pleasure to stay. We had no physical interaction with the host but he is responsive to messages and I am happy with the service provided. Close to Marina Thanks

This location is great for walking around the area and exploring nearby attractions. It was also incredibly convenient being so close to the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. We had plenty of great dining options. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was exactly as described and looked just like the photos, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The housekeeping team, did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, we highly recommend this space to anyone visiting the area!

The first stop accommodation for the family trip, my parents are satisfied, the living room is large, the whole is very comfortable, and the hotel-style service is a plus.If you are driving, remember to follow the front desk when you check in and they will help you to park your car.

everything was perfect . the room is very clean and confortable. the swimming pool IS Amazing and very nice view. there is as well a swimming pool for the kids ans one jacuzzi. 20 min by walk to dubai fountain and Dubaï mall and 10 min walk for business bay metro station. you Can have Access to all hôtel facilities and service WE really recommend it

An ideal setting with views of the balcony of the river "Khol Dubai" and the Al Jaddaf neighborhood secured by security agents 24/7. It's perfect for a comfortable stay. It's always a plus to have amenities like the pool, sauna and gym as well as thoughtful staff. If in addition the apartment is close to shops and the metro, it makes everything even more convenient. Interesting value, on top of all that, really makes you want to book! I recommend it!

Amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. At check-in it was clear that this unit rental was in a hotel. 21 floors. Very nice rooftop pool. Well kept and maintained. The hotel staff and management onsite were not organized, they kept telling me that my reservation did not exist. I reached out to my Airbnb host and he cleared it up right away.

If you need a staycation in Fujairah than dont look further than Boutique hotel! Probably the friendliest staff and environment with amazing amenities and lots to do from tennis and squash courts to table tennis. Amazing pool and vibes! And a big Bonus… its pet friendly 🐾 We are definitely coming back 🙏🏻

The apartment is spacious and suitable for a long stay. The view from the 20th floor is beautiful and having access to the hotel facilities such as the pool and gym is very comfortable. We had a small inconvenience when we arrived because we are a couple and we paid for the room apartment because we wanted to have a kitchen and washing machine. Instead, they gave us a normal hotel room with a twin bed. In the lobby they told us to review the issue with the host because they didn't know that we rent a room apartment. I messaged the host and the next day we were moved to the room apartment that we saw in the pictures. Apart from that, the place is great and the staff at the hotel is very kind. The location is fantastic, 3 minutes walking from the Dubai Internet City metro Station. Carrefour is only 15 minutes away and there is also a very small supermarket in the lobby of the hotel for small products like butter or cereal.

We arrived around midnight and received professional, friendly assistance from Adejoke (Guest Relations) - he and others seemed genuinely keen to provide a good impression. The room was comfortable and quite quiet. Having a small kitchen was very useful, especially as a large grocery store is less than a block away, so good for catering for a quick evening meal and breakfast. For our short overnight stay travelling between Australia and Europe we found the hotel very well placed close to the airport. We will be happy to stay here again during our next travels.

The location of the house was very good, it was only 5 minutes walking distance to the cafe restaurants. There was a 24-hour grocery store right below. Also the tram was leaving right in front of the building. It was an extremely clean and tidy house. The front desk staff was also attentive and friendly. We felt at home. We're already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you so much for this beautiful hosting…

This accommodation is very spacious and clean. There are 5 beds (4 single, 1 king), 2 baths, and 4 toilets, so it was more than enough for a large group. The reception is on the ground floor, so early check-in and baggage storage were smooth. The staff were also friendly and worked quickly, making it a very comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is a little difficult to find, but other than that there is nothing to complain about and I recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Dubai!

Mustafa was very helpful at the reception desk. All the staff were very helpful and respectful. It was easy to find and easy to walk to the mall and Burj khalifa. A great location, great have the supermarket on the ground floor
