Ashley and her lakefront rental were both amazing! She made check in and out so seamless and easy , place was juys wayt we needed As makanda girl I really enjoyed the peaceful private yet safe neighborhood feel a lot It was wonderful to sit on that bench and watch the sunset over the lake and was so serene Hope to stay there again sometime Ashley was great

Awesome place to stay in a great part of downtown Cape Girardeau! Walkable distance to lots of bars and restaurants.

Everything was great! Best mattresses I’ve experienced in a rental. Only downfall for me was the two flights of stairs while carrying suitcases and groceries. I didn’t think that one through😊., however I would definitely stay here again.

personally I travel for work and I've been in a ton of locations. Joe's is hands down my absolute most favorite that I've been to. Super location and great places to eat,drink,be social all within walking distance. love all the nostalgia in this place. would definitely come back anytime.

We stay a few days in Cape Girardeau in the heart of downtown. The Condo was simply Stunning and Inviting, beautiful and nicely decorated. Our private balcony overlooked the Mighty Mississippi River. We were just a few short steps from a brewery that had Excellent beer and a welcoming staff. The River Front was right there you could not miss seeing the mural wall and the shores of the Mississippi. it is A must stop and stay at this hideaway in a quiet little town -awesome restaurants and friendly people. We highly recommend-it was not easy to leave.

Great place to stay, beautiful views, very clean and comfortable, high speed internet, definitely will be back!!! Very easy to communicate with owners, always responded within minutes, I can say only positive things about our experience!!!!! 😊

My family enjoy our stay greatly. We were able to spend time together without distractions. We used the pool and the hot tub a lot.

The Perch was the perfect spot for our large family to gather and celebrate the holidays. there was plenty of seating for all to be comfortable and the kids enjoyed the open spaces for activities. The game room was a highlight for all. The kitchen was well appointed and the house was cleaned thoroughly. The area felt private even with neighbors nearby, and there was abundant wildlife. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Lovely place, quiet, peaceful cove. House has everything. The screened decks are stellar for enjoying the natural beauty. Bird watchers try the 3rd level, no screen and in the treetops. Very dog friendly property. Kind and attentive host. We had a great time and hope to come back.

We needed a family friendly place to stay for the Tunnel Hill 100 race in Vienna. This was a great fit for the family and was a very easy drive to the race start/finish.

Second time our group has stayed there. Great place and Josh was quick to get back to us.

If I could give it more the 5 stars, I would! Beautiful, cozy home. Fully stocked kitchen, games, movies, etc. Sheri was so helpful and made us feel appreciated and accommodated. Will definitely be back!
