Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Union City

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I booked this place because it was ideal for entertaining a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults were able to closely watch them from the balcony and outdoor sitting areas. The guys enjoyed the pool table and bar area which is also located near the swimming pool. The layout of this home was definitely well designed. Everything was just beautiful. We will definitely book again.

Ashley was a GREAT host. I would 100% book through her again. The house was absolutely stunning. The upgrades throughout that property were insanely gorgeous. The master bathroom was truly phenomenal. They have such a good looking house and made my stay so worth it. Any questions that I had were answered very quickly and have nothing but good things to say about her. Thank you.

Beautiful home. Rooms are nice size to move around. Bathrooms ,the master bedroom is awesome. Living room space great for gathering with your guests. Would definitely look into booking again. Host responded asap such a great weekend @ this house.

Enjoyed my one night stay! Perfectly located in PTC. The back patio was perfect to enjoy the outdoors in peace. Didn’t check out the hot tub but it looked clean and well kept. I guarantee I’ll be back.

Amazing stay! Excellent communication with the host. Great choice, close to all of our planned activities in the downtown area. Wish it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but we were able to have brunch outside and enjoyed the jacuzzi and basketball hoop. I cooked the brunch and everything was there that I needed. Most definitely will book again when visiting Atlanta.

My guests and I loved this property and would happily stay there again. April and Cliff were extremely helpful and even had a gift waiting for us. I celebrated my birthday there with 8 other ladies and we enjoyed all the amenities this home had to offer down to the games. I would 10/10 recommend this property. We didn't leave the home all weekend.

We had a very comfortable couple of nights here. Well furnished and supplied, very clean, safe and quiet neighborhood that met all our needs and expectations while at a weekend event nearby! Also very good access in and out and nice off street parking. Ellis was an excellent communicator and replied very quickly before and during our stay.

18 June - 24 June 2024 Wow! This ABNB was even better in person. In looked awesome on the ABNB website however it spoke volumes when I arrived in person. The major thing I liked was the massive amounts of amenities, I mean from extra towels to extra kitchen appliances to extra kitchen utensils, to extra chairs, to extra tables to the overhead projector in the basement. Man, I could have held a business meeting in the basement; it was that advanced and full of space. The property owners were very kind, Mr. David is so professional, and Mrs. Alina is a bundle of joy and peace when you talk with her. All of my guest were at AWE and mouth wide open when they saw and entered the 5 BDROOM Villa. Thank you, David and Alina, for an amazing get away. I needed that break! Oh, THE GROOM was in shock......... Mr. B

Our stay in the VanBauer house was simply amazing. We had a piano concert every morning during our stay that made it even better. Jose was very responsive and answered every single question we had, besides the fact that he's a great guy. The place is HUGE and comfortable. Location is great, only few minutes from the main road and few minutes from stores and restaurants. We definitely consider it a home away from home, so much so that if we go back to Acworth, we're staying there. Thank you so much Jose!

Rod's place was exceptional. The spacious, clean layout suited our group perfectly. Communication was effortless. Highlights included the game room, gym, and especially the outdoor heated pool - perfect for relaxation. The outdoor grilling area was a huge plus, allowing for enjoyable cookouts when weather permitted. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds added to our comfort. Convenient location and modern decor enhanced the experience. Rod's attention to detail made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a comfortable getaway with great outdoor amenities.

This was a perfect getaway for us, and only an hour from where we live. We wanted the fall cabin vibe, but didn’t have time to go to the mountains, and it did not disappoint. Adrian was easily accessible and very responsive to any questions we had from the beginning of our stay to the end. We will definitely be back.

We had somewhat of a family reunion at Ricky's place and it really was a great place to be. Everyone felt right at home and there was plenty of room between the dining room, the living room, and the outside deck. The amenities were great also including the BBQ, a 'secret' bar and game room, and a full pool table in the lower level. Ricky was very responsive especially when we had a hiccup with one of the thermostats, even sending a handyman to fix the problem. The setting is very peaceful, surrounded by woods and a creek nearby. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a rare situation where the pictures are not as good as IRL. The pictures do not do it justice. We were displaced due to damage to our house and this alpine cabin was a great respite during construction. We were already familiar with the area and it was a perfection location between work and our home. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of different areas for downtime away from family and fur babies. The kitchen is small but adequate for cooking with tons of conveniences. There is nearly a TV in each room so there is plenty of opportunity for everyone to have their own “space” and the living room is large enough to bring everyone together. The decks are large and well maintained for outside entertaining. Also - the hosts are quick to reply and great communicators. No regrets on this month long stay!

We had a great time. The place represented the photos. Every room was very clean. There were plenty of amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked. This was the first airbnb we stayed at that had everything we needed. We were greeted with a wonderful basket of goodies. There was plenty of space and everyone was accommodated. They responded super quick to everything. The place has so much character. The cabin like feel was such a hit for my nieces sweet 16 celebration. The family loved the place and we will definitely stay again. Thank you for opening your home.
