Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Umina Beach

We loved Anna’s place. Beautifully furnished with everything we could have asked for, a fantastic coffee machine and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The view is outstanding and listening to the sound of the waves made it incredibly relaxing. Appreciated being able to take our dog with us and the secure yard meant we could relax knowing he was safe. 10/10, we will be back.

The Bamboo House is a great place for a family getaway or small group of friends. Very private with a lovely garden, and filtered water views. The lounge room in the morning was beautifully sunny! Anita was very helpful with excellent instructions our stay. Corner shops nearby and a short drive to lakes and beaches.

Wow… What can I say! Without a doubt our favourite stay on Air B&B thus far. Jamie & Zoe’s house is true luxury on the central coast. The perfect stay for our multigenerational family with something for everybody to do and a space for everybody to retreat & relax. No detail spared with beautiful gifts on arrival, high quality bed linen & even toys for our young family to enjoy. You can tell many countless hours went into the planning & build of this home and we’re so glad they open their doors to accomodate guests. This will be an annual trip for us. No faults.

The house is very spacious and bright. Just across the road from the lake where you can have a nice picnic and watch the sunset. also just one block from the shops and cafes. Good to have a garage for two cars available. Janelle was very helpful and responsive.

We stayed at Ricky's Airbnb with my in-laws, my parents, and our little boy, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was super convenient—so close to the shops. The Thai restaurant nearby was a big hit with the family, even though they're usually pretty fussy with food. Although we didn't spend much time at the property since I was graduating near by, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ricky's communication was excellent throughout. He even helped a family member who arrived early and had a bit of trouble with the smart lock (which turned out to be very easy to use!). Thank you so much, Ricky, for making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Brightwaters. Angie and Bob are the best hosts ever. Angie was welcoming, lovely and helpful to all of us. The place was amazing, right in front of the water. The kids loved fishing, kayaking and the tree swing. The place was very relaxing and convenient. it was close to restaurants and shops. I Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Lake Macquarie.

We had the most amazing weekend at Donna’s place, Turtles. The apartment was clean, well- equipped, spacious, light and bright. The location was perfect for beach access and lovely panoramic views. Donna was polite and friendly in all interactions, responding quickly and providing detailed instructions. We will most definitely be returning to Turtles at Caves Beach, thanks so much Donna!!

We rate the staying 10/10, thanks very much for everything. We loved the honey and thanks for the wine. You guys really thought about everything we may need, it was amazing having it all. It was really comfortable and cozy. FYI there's some groceries in the bench, we didn't want to throw it away, and there's also ice-cream in the freezer. Thanks very much.

We have been travelling for 2 weeks and this was our favourite place so far! Great value for money, the apartment was stocked with everything we needed and more. You could easily cook a basic meal if you wanted to but why would you when you can go down stairs to one of the many restaurants! Location was amazing. We walked everywhere. Pool was downstairs was great, beach access literally downstairs was even better. Everything was clean and comfortable and Bernadette was friendly and responsive. We can’t wait to return in the future, 2 days wasn’t nearly enough

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

We had a great stay! Amazing location.. great coffee just next door which was so lovely to get in the morning then to sit out the front of the house watching the ocean. Communication was great, any questions we had were answered within 10 minutes every time. 10/10 would recommend :)

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

Alan’s house was absolutely brilliant on all levels. Alan’s communication was fantastic, and he was super flexible, allowing us to check in early after our long international flight. Having on site parking was really convenient. Alan’s house is in the perfect location to explore the northern beaches and Alan left clear and helpful instructions and local recommendations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the views of the beach were wonderful. Leaving wine and goodies for us along with a personal note was the icing on the cake. We will be back cannot recommend Alan’s home highly enough!

Such a beautiful setting and well appointed little apartment which had everything we needed. Emily & David were available and responsive when we needed them but also very conscious of our privacy. Very comfortable space, super clean and there was even a cheese platter & bubbles in the fridge for our arrival along with breakfast supplies. Well thought out set up for their guests. Thank you so very much Emily & David for sharing your little piece of Northern Beaches with my girls & I. Highly recommended. 🙏

Definitely recommend staying here, we will be rebooking in the future

Overall, a good place with wonderful views of Broken Bay and the Pacific Ocean, and West St Umina. The place is tucked away in the hills area, so you will need a car or put yourself on the bus which stops outside. The property is located down a steep driveway. Inside it has sunken downstairs bedrooms and above is a well appointed and stocked kitchen and lounge area. The shower is great for couples who like different temperature with its dual nozzle system. Bedding is comfortable. Tip for new stayers, there is a second oil heater behind the wood heater which we discovered on checkout. Paul is a supportive host that offers flexibility.

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place! Check in was easy and it was in the perfect location. We would definitely stay again!
