One of my best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. Irene and Dudley are wonderful people and gracious hosts with huge hearts. The cottage looks even better than the photos and the garden is beautiful. The house is private and peaceful; serene even, and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to groceries and restaurants. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again, in a heartbeat! 10/10 would recommend

Our recent stay at Annatjie’s Airbnb cottage was absolutely delightful. The location was perfect, situated centrally near malls, parks, gardens, a church, and the beach, making everything easily accessible. The ambiance was peaceful, adding to the charm of the place. Annatjie was an outstanding host who made us feel at home while respecting our privacy. Her responsiveness was remarkable, addressing any queries in mere seconds, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. The cottage itself was spotless and equipped with all essentials, including cleaning supplies, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sofas, and comfortable beds. Lovely home and amazing services. Most beautiful in a perfect location closer to everything. The home with rich history, modernized antique items that compliments the interior and comfortable too. Gillian and husband are very friendly and responsive. They make an effort to make sure their guests have a special experience. superb welcome that made our stay an absolute delight. the house included various amenities and had everything and more. We were in love with everything in the house and the garden so welcoming and refreshing. We wish had more days. Beate's house is so cozy and really does feel like home. The location was perfect for my activities and my daughter and dogs enjoyed the park that is ok literally at the house's entry step. Thank you Beate for everything.

This listing truly exceeded our expectation. Very spacious rooms and living area with a lovely braai area. The sea view was better than expected. The host was so friendly and helpful and we felt so comfortable from the start. Attention to detail really stood out, everything we could possibly need was provided. We also appreciated the comfortable beds with proper bedding. This listing is honestly value for money.

Spacious apartment with 1 master- & 2 twin bedrooms. The master and one twin have a great ocean view. Very spacious lounge & dining area, kitchen with Nespresso machine, washer & dryer. Weber BBQ on the very large patio. Just down the hill from the promenade. We had a great time, thank you Filip :) - a 1A-host!

Oh the apartment was looovely, the view was breathtaking. We immediately felt at home and it was hard saying goodbye to this wonderful and dreamy place. Communication, check-in etc. was super good, we could always communicate smaller issues. The only minor issue we had was that the apartment is not so soundproofed. But we only had like 1 or 2 instances where it was an issue for us. Although we were sceptical because of the high price, it’s absolutely worth it. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

What a blessing to stay in this beautiful apartment. We love being able to sit in the living room and to look at the ocean. Marcel was very helpful, and quick to respond to our needs We loved to walk on the pathway next to the beach, as the apartment is on the beach with easy access to the beach and the pathway. We would love to go back for our next holiday.

Debs beach apartment was an absolute joy to stay at. Right by the beach, what a beautiful thing sleeping to the beautiful ocean sounds. the ocea view from the bedroom is unmatched. Will go back soon without a doubt

Delightful top floor apartment with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Come rain or shine, the view is amazing! The aircon helped big time after hot and humid beach experiences. Bathrooms are modern and clean with Hans Grohe taps. UPS, torch and portable LED light came handy during power outage. Loved the extra touches of Cappuccino sachets with sugar and carton of milk. Gin & tonic glasses were a nice surprise and came in handy. Oh, and the Tupperware helped too! The Defy washing machine worked like a charm. Went home with clean laundry, yey! The gas braai gave some hassle, but was immediately attended to by host. Would replace Protex soaps in bathrooms with smaller glycerine soaps or liquid soap. All in all - a great experience and we’ll be back!

We had a delightful stay. Checkers delivered right to our door, and Ushaka Marine World with all the shops and restaurants were within close walking distance. The promenade provided hours of fun with walking, jogging, cycling and people watching. The area is very safe. There were police and security everywhere and we could go stroll on the promenade late at night without fear. We will definitely recommend the place.

Well situated apartment on beach front, clean and comfortable

Our stay at Louise’s place was awesome. Was granted early check in🙂. Unfortunately we didn’t have much days in Durban to keep enjoying the place,really wish we had more time,enjoyed the ocean views from my door. It’s a hidden gem for sure!! Only suggestion for me would be please as you suggest places to visit also include the distance they are from Louise’s place. Also include the surrounding malls and their distance from the place. That way a person can choose to visit a certain place based on the distance and time they have. Otherwise we had a great short stay.!!

Had a blast at Michelle’s place! The location is perfect! Right where you want to be! So many beaches to choose from right in front of you're doorstep. The unit had everything we needed! Parking got a bit tricky in peak time, but thats understandable. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with our stay, walked everywhere, location within walking distance of multiple malls and hotels with shops and restaurants. Apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy. Has an aircon unit which was not listed and cant be seen in the photos which was a big plus during the summer heat. Kitchen also has a stove which we didnt see in the photos. Paola was very friendly and gave very clear and easy to follow instructions, will recommend this stay to anyone.

At first a little difficult to find but security around were very helpful on directing me right, once found I was happy. Place was perfect for what ai need a short over night stop before flying the next day. Well equipped and very comfortable. Location great for food and shopping.
