We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

beautiful location! As a couple, we had a lovely time. Some beautiful vineyards in the area with some fantastic restaurants. Montepulciano is about 20 minutes away.

It was the most wonderful holiday and especially we want to highlight the surroundings and in the house but also Frediano who was in charge of helping us with contact with restaurants, etc. He helped us a lot, and since we were a larger group of different families, we also had different needs so that had to be adjusted from time to time. We can recommend a stay here at any time, we felt completely at home and want to come back in five years. Thanks to Frediano again, you were a huge help to us!

Very nice and quiet. Only 3 cars passed by in one week. Nice pool, beautiful view, huge garden and the house is very well equipped! Supermarket is nearby. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

Your attention and care to your guests made us feel at home. We highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in Terminillo, whether as a couple, family or friends. Very cozy house, equipped with everything, my daughters and I had a great time. Surrounded by beautiful beeches that have made our stay pleasant and fresh, so much so that we can light the fireplace for a summer bowler. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
