The days spent in Nicolina's chalet were wonderful. A beautiful way to reconnect as a couple. Quiet, clean and extremely romantic. Cozy and full of details designed specifically to allow guests to be at home with everything they need. Nicolina is not only a host but loves to welcome people into her home, with her oil and her excellent tart. Thanks Nicolina, closing the door and leaving the keys was a shame for us but we'll be back soon! ❣️❣️ Alessandra and Simone

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.

We spent four weeks in Matteo‘s cosy hide-away and didn’t want to leave. It‘s a chalet with a warm personal touch, spacious, very well equipped, incredibly quiet and with a stunning view of the Marche hills. There are lots of hiking paths starting right in the tiny village (make sure you get on top of Monte Valmontagnana one day!) and yet charming Fabriano with lots of restaurants and shops is only about ten minutes with a car downhill. It’s a good starting place to explore attractions like Ancona, Jesi or Assisi. Matteo was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful indeed. We‘ll come back.

We had a lovely time at Daniele’s place. The bungalow is small but nice and the pool area was highly appreciated by the kids. Daniele and his wife are both really nice and helped with good recommendations on restaurants and places to visit. All in all a very nice experience.

Staying in the shelter was very pleasant, the hosts are really thoughtful and welcoming and the shelter is very well maintained as well as being a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding nature. This time I was just passing through, but I'll try to come back with more time available. Thanks and we hope to see you again soon!

A very nice quiet place in a quiet area. A fantastic view and beautiful sunsets. Also perfect for stargazing in the evening. The cottage is very private from the other apartments. The location in Airbnb is not the right one. If you're looking for la Maestade, it's easy to get there. Pio and Lilly are perfectly friendly. Pio also has more than enough tips. He knows a lot. Maybe we were unlucky with the heat and the drought (August), but unfortunately the pool was barely usable due to the wasp infestation in and around the pool. For the rest, a fantastic place with plenty of seating in the garden.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, especially the bathroom and kitchen are new and very clean. The residence is quiet and nice. I really appreciated the large communal lawn furnished with tables and benches from which you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Very friendly hosts, with an extremely beautiful and peaceful place. The drive up is a little adventurous tho. Nothing too crazy, but there are a couple of rather tight corners (the view really is amazing tho, so it's definitely worth it...)

Beautiful house. Secluded location, surrounded by nature, with enchanting views. Well-maintained and furnished place. Responsive, friendly, kind hosts. Great for getting away from stress. It was a pleasure, we'll definitely be back!

There are no words to describe the beauty of the place! It's literally in a forest, in a fairytale setting. The chalet is well equipped and clean. The living room, large and comfortable, has a huge smart TV. The patio is absolutely magical: very comfortable, you could only stay for hours to listen to the sounds of nature, trees, birds. The garden is huge and well-kept. An aesthetic attention with many small corners of relaxation. You can even walk completely inside the woods. Being the end of October, we obviously didn't enjoy the pool, but its area made us dream of coolness and summer relaxation and we can't wait to go back in the summer. It is worth noting that the immense garden is completely fenced, an aspect of no small amount for those who, like us, stayed accompanied by our beloved dogs. The street isn't hard at all. But above all, Tiziana's kindness: no price!!!

We spent New Year's Eve in this B&B located in a stunning location and the host Marco was very kind, an exquisite person. A lovely, clean and well-stocked B&B; perfect for escaping from the city, silence and nature dominate here.

A charming quiet place surrounded by nature. Suitable for those like us who need to get away from daily stress. A clean, tidy environment inside with care x every detail of the house. Outside with a manicured garden on every corner and in the pool. Mr. Giorgio, very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. We spent a week in total peace. I highly recommend it
