We booked this property over a year ago for a special family trip to celebrate a 60th birthday! There was plenty of room for us all & the dogs. The hot tub was lovely & us ‘adult kids’ really enjoyed it! Lots of room and it really felt like home from home. Roger was kind and patient. Thank you for hosting

Cottage was beautiful, well furnished and clean! Location was beautiful in a really scenic location. Was set back in a secluded location, but not too secluded. Had everything you needed and more to feel at home.

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived we had the warmest welcome and shown around; the welcome basket was superb! The cottage is home from home, so clean and relaxing with all the finishing touches and so much more! The spa was perfect with the added scenic snow on our first night, and the wood burner on our second night with the storm. We were hosted food and it was all outstanding flavours and effort put in to make it a great evening for us. Tracey and Mark really went above and beyond, and it was the best stay we’ve had. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed in the winter and the lodge was very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was lovely on a cold winters evening. Easy walk to the pub in Croyde. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Orchard Cottage was magical. Lower Marsh Farm is a beautiful setting and really helped my partner and I to truly relax. The cottage was such a relaxing environment to come back to after exploring cornwall, and the hot tub really made it extra special. Olivia was a superb hostess, and greeted us and talked us through where we could find local amenities and checked if we had any requirements. We absolutely loved it here and will be returning :))

Gorgeous cottage in a really picturesque place. Accommodation has all necessary amenities. Kaye & Richard are lovely hosts - hospitable & knowledgeable. Beautifully scenic walks literally on their doorstep. And it’s just a short drive (20 mins) from the coast where there are some stunning walks. Could have done with a couple more days to explore the area!

The Old Tractor shed is nothing like the name! New and luxurious accommodations, very aesthetically pleasing in a quiet and peaceful environment. I thoroughly enjoyed looking out the huge glass doors at the sunrise and watching the sheep in the distance. Highly recommend for some time away in nature,!74 with style and comfort in mind.

Wow, what a lovely few nights away with my best friend. When we arrived it was even more beautiful in person. Incredible cosey, and very private and quiet with no one really around 😀 Iveta goes above and beyond, provides so much at her place it was more then worth it. We’re already looking to at rebooking for June as it’s our birthdays. Was sad to leave! Thank you for a perfect mini vacay.

What a wonderful place to stay and the perfect little escape: clean and cosy in the perfect location - a great local pub opposite and excellent country walks right on the doorstep. A lovely cottage garden (wonderful to catch the afternoon and evening sun on the little terrace) and everything you could need inside. The treats were a lovely bonus, thank you. We would love to come back and stay for longer next time so we can explore more of the area. Just what we needed and more. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay in the admiral’s cottage. Beautiful setting but not too far from touristy stuff down on the coast

Sarah was so kind and accommodating. We loved her dog and geese and she left us some delicious fudge too. Really lovely location, and Boscastle is fabulous with great food and great pubs and friendly locals. Lots of places to go for very long walks and the Boscastle farm shop was really worth the visit if you look good food and lots of cake!

My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Battleford Hall. The cottage is situated in beautiful countryside not far off the main road , but far enough for the peace and quiet with lovely walks in the area. Axminster is only a 5 minute drive to shops , pubs . An excellent base to explore the Devon and Dorset coastline. Clive was very welcoming and nearby if needed ,and respecting our privacy. We enjoyed seeing the pigs,sheep,chickens on their small holding and seeing the deer in the orchard and meeting their dog. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen,good showers with(soap,shampoo,conditiooner,shower gel ) in each bathroom. Spacious bedrooms and a nice size sitting area with TV . Would highly recommend a stay here . Thank-you Clive .

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s the house was amazing and location great. We did some fantastic walks albeit a bit of windy due to the stormy weekend weather. Nothing to fault spotlessly clean and tidy with everything you need to make your stay a home from home. The only down bit was we were there for the red alert and storm Darragh so was unable to make full use of the lovely hot tub and get out much on the Saturday! Thank you Helen

Perfect space for exploring the Dorset coastline. Cosy cottage with everything you need and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely visit again!

Bridget’s place was lovely and peaceful. Was perfect for a family weekend away. Close to Newquay and Wadebridge for things to do and there are so many games and jigsaws provided by Bridget for family fun in the evening.

Trevor & Sarah made us feel very welcome, and we're fantastic hosts. beautiful location, surroundings and accommodation. watching the birds on the garden feeders just outside in the garden with a nice glass of wine was so relaxing. completely recommend a stay here.

Great communication with hosts after Air B&B posted wrong postcode on site. I know hosts will have corrected this now. Cottage was super clean, and very quiet, with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for home cooking,and beautiful rural views to the rear. Pool, gym, and hot tub a lovely bonus!! Easy links for Plymouth, Devon or Cornwall. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you Frances, for working hard to make a beautiful home stay at Ash!

The nicest holiday cottage we’ve ever stayed at. It was extremely clean and tidy, lots of thoughtful touches. It was all Halloween themed even down to the mugs, and ghost story books left out. The kids’ shed was a hit with our 8 year old and all the board games etc were well used by the whole family during our visit. Lucy-Ann was welcoming and helpful if we needed anything at all, but also not overbearing. The location was very quiet with lovely countryside views. Really easy distance to Lyme Regis - around ten minutes. Just wished we booked it a bit longer, will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful, it's better than the photos. When we walked in the smell was amazing. Great location, would recommend. Love, love, love!!

We had a great stay at Nicola's in her lovely warm cottage which was very convenient for our family wedding nearby. Nothing was too much trouble, be it wood for the burner in the conservatory or more milk for our breakfasts and she made is a delicious loaf of bread and gave us freshly laid eggs from her hens. The location was peaceful and quiet in beautiful surroundings.

The welcome gift was exceptional AND represented the overall level of care and attention. Every effort had been made to provide all that you could want in this cosy well equipped cottage with it's secure dog friendly private garden, excellent garden furniture and its own private hot tub. A quiet but friendly area with good safe private parking, a short drive to a local shop. The standard of information provided was first class....how often do hosts print out the weeks tide times for you? Some nice places to eat out within a few miles and excellent cooking facilities and little extras provided. Comfortable sitting room with TV and DVD facility. If you are over 6ft 3 the top bed room might make you take extra care! Lovely modern shower and all the heating needed willingly offered. Lovely main garden area and pleasant views. A great place t relax and enjoy.

What a wonderful place! I’d recommend staying here come rain or shine. It’s the perfect little cosy spot to take in the countryside and enjoy the beautiful views. Harriet was a great host who communicated quickly. The place is so accommodating for dogs with cute little treats too. We enjoyed a beautiful fire and were even surprised by some welcome brownies!! Very shortly after arriving I received a very warm welcome from Ian and Clare. I could park directly next to the cottage, which had a lovely secure & compact garden, so I knew the dogs were safe & sound. The well-maintained and good-sized paddock is brilliant for the dogs to have a quick runaround & chase the toys that can be borrowed from inside the well-equipped laundry room. Wren Cottage was pristine, with everything needed for a warm & comfortable stay. There are two very comfortable armchairs. There was always hot water and plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The dog biscuits & human treats were an unexpected and very welcome touch. The maps and local information package was very useful. The cottage is only a 10-15-min walk from the beautiful St Nectan's Glen, and a little further down the road, you can pick up the coast path & walk through Rocky Valley and into Tintagel. There is a shorter route to Tintagel if preferred. Boscastle & other places v accessible by car & bus.
