We had a family pre-wedding gathering and it was more than spacious for our party of 10. Probably could have fit 4 more people without any problem. Loved large kitchen and the automated cofee machine, enjoyed many lovely cappucinos. Was lovely to be greeted with welcome proseccos. The grounds are lovely, and host met us to do initial walkthrough and start the wood-fired hot tub. Location convenient to all the causeway coast attractions and close to town to buy groceries or get takeaway.

What a fabulous place to stay, beautiful house with plenty of room for all the family. We travelled over from England for 5 days celebrating a pre Christmas, Christmas with my family. The house is spacious and well equipped, it had everything we needed, the stunning views and close proximity to the beach really elevated our stay to a most memorable occasion. We will definitely be back 5 🌟

Absolutely stunning house. Lorcan had decorated the house for Christmas and the main focal point was the 'amazing' Christmas tree. My family, friends and I absolutely loved it. We were so impressed by the attention to detail throughout the house. The house was stocked with all the essentials, but lorcan went above and beyond leaving many lovely little add ons. We absolutely loved our stay here and without doubt my guests and I would come back again.

We had an amazing stay at Sean's beautiful country house for a 30th birthday celebration. It's conveniently located about 20 minutes from Newry and 10 minutes from Rostrevor and Warrenpoint. The house is spacious and well-decorated with comfortable beds and a fantastic mezzanine overlooking the kitchen. We loved the hot tub, when refilling - use hot water as it does not heat the water. Pros: - On-site parking - Spacious and clean - Helpful site manager - Comfortably accommodates 5 couples - Flexible check-out - Pet Friendly - Takeaways in Newry deliver to house (Post Code may being them to the next house up though) Cons: - Limited local shops on Sundays - Hot water can run out quickly - but you can easily boost the heat and water quickly Overall, we highly recommend this property! Wonderful weekend in this very special house. Pristine, warm, well equipped and designed to make the most of the beautiful sea views. Clara was very helpful and responsive throughout. Great spot to explore all the North Coast has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay for a stag party, the place was beautiful and big enough to fit everyone comfortably, the grounds were gorgeous and Michael met us all as part of the check in and was friendly and helpful. Not far from Downpatrick so was handy for shops and food. Absolutely perfect for a large group, highly recommend!

Beautiful, peaceful home in pristine surroundings. Plenty of room to spread out with our group of 8. The child in our party was delighted by the playground by the lake-zip line, swings, treehouse and trampoline. The weather was cool and rainy and Adrian supplied us with plenty of wood to keep the fire blazing. The house is modern yet cozy and the kitchen well supplied.

We have just returned from this amazing Air B&B let, its the first time we have travelled with our five month old Grandson and this house and the owner were 5 star all the way. The house was spotless with everything we needed, its in an amazing location with a view onto Royal County Down golf course and walking distance to Newcastle and all its amenities. John the owner was quick to respond to all our queries in relation to our baby needs and even left some sweet treats, milk and Prosecco for us on arrival, such lovely little extra touches really made us feel at home instantly. I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home again and we are already looking to rebook for next year. Thank you John for making our first trip with baby so special, we will be returning in the future.
