Great host.Donna was very pleasant and we were happy with the location and we did not encounter any problems . If we go back to Ballycastle we will certainly be very happy to stay with Diana again.

Aoife is an excellent host, the house is perfectly set up, with everything you could need. The house itself is lovely, great views over the marina, with plenty of walking opportunities nearby. Would happily visit again

Absolutely wonderful stay at this great apartment just far enough out to be away from any street noise but close to local amenities. Stayed here with my dog which I loved and she was made just as welcome as us. Host was very attentive to anything we needed help with and gave loads of local recommendations for food etc. Looking forward to staying here again!!

We had a smashing couple of nights at The Wee House. Cozy, clean and warm, lovely open fire. The beach is beautiful and very quiet, our dog Stephen loved it. Costcutter across the road very well stocked, and fish and chips at The Chippie were to die for. Give them a ring with your order and they will have it freshly cooked and ready for you to pick up within 10 mins. Lovely afternoon at the waterfalls. Highly recommend and we felt we had a wonderful rest. Many thanks.

We had a fantastic weekend at Peter’s cabin. When we arrived we were greeted with fresh bread and milk and the cabin was so cosy and warm on an icey day. Couldn’t fault anything it’s a really nice cabin, warm and comfortable with all the essentials and a well kitted out kitchen. Bed was very comfy and we slept well both nights. The surrounding area is beautiful, lots of places to hike, great beaches and the views from the cabin are incredible. We felt very welcome thanks to Peter and will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful few days at David and Barbara’s. The surrounding area is stunning. We could walk to the beach and the view of the harbour from the house is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and our family of five had plenty of space. We lit the stove in the sitting room at night, which was lovely on chilly October nights. We easily accessed activities for the family in the surrounding area. It’s a very nice spot in a beautiful area.

This house exceeded expectations, we really wanted to spend time here and felt totally relaxed and peaceful there. The beautiful veranda looking out over the harbour was amazing and the views and changing light were just spellbinding. It’s a very special place.

Really lovely stay here! The pod was beautiful and well decorated, and the highlight was the private hot tub! Two little bottles of Prosecco in the fridge on arrival and the staff were more than helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful place to stay away from everything but close enough to the main of Stranraer. Michelle was very helpful and proactive, helping us towards any questions. She provided us a clean and peaceful place to stay where we felt very at home, I will happily stay with Michelle again when visiting family. Thank you again!

Well laid out cosy home. Good vibes. Lovely welcome goodies and Christmas coat. Just step out onto the beach for a refreshing Boxing Day morning swim after a wonderful sleep in peace and quiet with just the sound of the lapping waves if you listen carefully.

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for 2 nights. it is absolutely beautiful. The location is fantastic, right on the beach. The cottage is so tastefully decorated with all of the amenities that we needed. Alanna met us at the cottage on arrival and welcomed us with homemade scones and tea which was so welcomed after a long journey. a very special touch. Alanna was very attentive during our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed. This is such a special place and I would love to visit and stay again. Thank you Natasha.

Nothing but praise for this location and home comforts. Brian and Carol has thought about everything to make a stay homely and cosy. As a sea dipper I was able to dip everyday as the sea was right outside the front door. When I come back to this area I will definitely be staying here if I can get it. What is described in the Airbnb is everything that is there. Only 1.8 mile to Dunfanaghy and lots of places to explore all around. I would recommend a drive to Lough Salt, amazing drive. Great location, right beside the beach. Our grandchildren loved seeing seals! The views from the conservatory are amazing! Good bedrooms and bathrooms also.

Outstanding view from the living room window, so modern, clean and spacious. Walking distance to the town and right facing the funfair and beach, the apartment was overall beautiful so clean and fresh, Ian was a lovely host and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be recommending to others and will 100% be back thank you Ian for a wonderful stay!

Lovely spot on the coast, quiet with excellent views

The photos don't do justice to the view from the living room and master bedroom. it's epic. Eileen's recommendations for dining were spot on. the beach is moments away and we walked for kms. the master bedroom is great and the bed is awesome.

We spent a long time choosing a house to live in and chose this one - and it was the right and most convenient decision! Despite minor flaws (such as mold in the corners due to high humidity and the close location of the sea, unsharpened knives...) we had a simply heavenly vacation! For us, the most important factors in choosing a place to stay were warmth and quiet, as well as separate accommodation from the owners - and we got all of this in full! Upon arrival and all the following days, the house was very warm and cozy. It was also very quiet at night, despite the close location of the road - and we all slept like babies. And the view from the window was simply fabulous - the Irish Sea is simply amazing both during the day and at night, both during calm and during a storm. We are very grateful to the owners for a nice house and attitude towards guests!! We did not want to leave and felt at home!! We are looking forward to the next meeting!! We want to come only to this cozy house!

The house is in a great location for walking to the beach, nearby pubs and restaurants. And also as a base for exploring the wider area. Internally it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it.
