Neat, well maintained and clean cottage with also lots of space in and around the cottage. Quick response from host to questions. With all the comforts, good beds and shower. Two sleeping places upstairs not so suitable for little children or seniors due to very steep stairs, didn't matter to us. Enjoyed a few days at the seaside.

We had a very nice time in this apartment. The location is perfect and Edmond aan Zee a wonderful destination. The contact with Nannij was extremely pleasant and warm. Everything you need for a successful stay is available in their beautiful apartment. We will be happy to come back soon!

Booked for our technicians working away and they were very happy with everything about the accommodation giving it all 5/5, with specific mention to good supplies for cooking. Countryside accommodation with its charm and spacious stay, countryside location, but highway accessible very quickly to get to Amsterdam located 25-30 minutes away. Parking space provided inside the courtyard. Great welcome, flexible check-in times and prompt response from the host by message. Advise without hesitation.

Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

We stayed two nights in Miranda's chalet and enjoyed the spring weather there. The garden has several seating areas so you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Furthermore, the chalet itself was cozily furnished and the kitchen was equipped with kitchen utensils. We thought the bed was fine, but we didn't like the pillows and very thin and the double duvet a bit narrow. If we come back next time, we would bring our own pillows. In addition, the lights flickered in the evening every now and then when we used the oven which was a known "issue" at the chalet (which we found no problem because it stopped after we turned off the oven). We would definitely consider coming back again. Thank you Miranda for letting us stay there!

The property is perfect with dogs and/or children. Everything is as described, the amenities are great (not only basics are available, but really a lot) and it is very clean. The garden is huge and offers different seating and corners for playing, as well as a barbecue, fire bowl, etc. All in all we would love to come back 😊 we had a great time!

Adorable little tiny house very well equipped with all the necessary equipment, clean, functional, bright and safe. Pleasant terrace to rest after a day of sightseeing. Very welcoming, friendly, responsive hosts, who love to travel and love animals. Rik speaks a little French. Ideally located to discover Keukenoff Park, Zaanse Schaans, Harlem, Amsterdam and other lovely villages. On the 2nd day my car broke down, the lady kindly lent me her electric bike for the day which allowed me to make a great circuit between the flower fields. Ric, my host, recharged my car all night and I was able to continue my trip. A big thank you I'd love to stay in Rick and his wife's tiny house again, alone or with someone. 🙂🌷 Happy hosting Kathleen

The house is beautiful and a cozy retreat, quiet and with a lot of privacy. It is located on a kind of island which is accessible by a small, hand-powered ferry, which we particularly liked. The hotpot is awesome, we enjoyed a warm bath under the stars in ice cold weather. Ylan and Robert are super friendly and likeable hosts, always available and willing to help. We felt at home from the first moment and recommend a stay in this wonderful place to everyone.

Cor's cottage is located in a nice and quiet area. Glad the garden was fenced for the dog, lots of moving space. Communication with Cor was very nice and he was available all weekend. When returning the key, our dog was given a gift. Finally, definitely recommended. We enjoyed 🐶🍀🥰

close to the house and yet had a wonderfully affordable holiday feeling. Relaxed host, cozy cottage. As an addition, I would like to mention that there are loose chickens in the garden which is oil on a fire for some dogs...

Frank's house looks like the photos. We felt very comfortable right away. It is very comfortably furnished. The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and relaxation and appreciate the proximity to the beach.

The place was in a great location. We have a fearful little dog and he and we felt comfortable. It's very quiet and located in a nice area. The decor was very cute. We may book the place again, nothing to complain about.

The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for walks or bike rides through the dunes. The beach can be reached within 30 minutes on foot. Supermarket and restaurants are also within walking distance. Priscilla is very friendly and provided us with good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.
