The place is very clean, very new and very comfortable. The perfect location, ten minutes from the subway. The host's service of ten Couldn't be any better. Highly recommended

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Very clean and spacious. Despite being in an area with traffic, it was very well soundproofed. Comfy beds and two spacious bathrooms. It's a second floor with no elevator. Going to the historic center takes 25 minutes. There is a metro station five minutes away (Tickets are individual though I ask you how many trips you are going to take. Everyone has to buy their own). There are bars nearby. Except in front of the house, where the cars parked in one of the traffic lanes, the rest has to be paid for parking, but it is cheap and you can choose up to 6 hours of parking.

Mr. Carlos' house is really excellent for spending a few days to relax with family and friends. It features all the amenities such as air conditioning in the rooms and its outdoor area is great for children and adults. In addition, it has all the kitchen utensils necessary for the number of people that the house supports. The region is also very calm and beautiful, the balconies that exist in the house are great for dining moments and enjoy the scenery. If you are looking for a large house with all the amenities to spend days with friends and family at Mr. Carlos is the perfect place.

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

we had a wonderful stay and immediately felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, it was only a short stay of two nights, you can certainly stay here longer and have a great time in the immediate vicinity of the Atlantic. Despite delays in our arrival, we were welcomed super friendly and personally still at night. Thank you very much!

On the other hand, Paulo's attention is worthy of praise, caring at every moment of our well-being, and counting on the help of wonderful neighbors who made us the stay very pleasant and pleasant. Without a doubt, the quality/price is more than recommended, we would repeat with our eyes closed now that we know Paulo and his surroundings.
