Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Twizel

Our 2nd time staying at this place. Leanne is a great host. Easy self check in and clear instructions. Close to town. Clean comfortable apartment. Would stay again!

The apartment is really clean and has great appliances, so well kitted out and is so spacious. Walk in wardrobe, massive bathroom, bedroom and open plan kitchen/dinning room and lounge. Additional toilet, laundry and outside patio, BBQ and outdoor lounge space. Lovely extra’s like a telescope, underfloor heating, milk, aircon, extra bedding, toiletries and so much kitchen and washing detergents etc. Its lovely view and huge windows created a feeling of space and calm. It’s a really lovely place. Thanks so much the supporting staff are full of local knowledge and extra tips so kind and welcoming too. Great customer service and care.

We absolutely loved our time in Tekapo at Lisa’s AirBnb! Lisa is an incredible host, provided us with so many local recommendations and got the hot tub ready for us every night, but always gave us privacy once it was ready. The hot tub was so blissful and was incredible for star gazing! We weren’t at the Airbnb much, other than for using the hot tub and sleeping so the size of it didn’t really bother us, but a heads up for others that it is quite small inside and was pretty tight for us as we both had large suitcases. I wouldn’t let the size of the Airbnb put you off though, as it’s a great Airbnb!

Very cozy and comfortable place that just feels like home. Super clean and you can find everything you need. I could see that the place has been furnished and decorated with good taste :) We stayed two nights and it was perfect to visit lake Takepo and Mt Cook area. There are a lot of nice things one could do in the area, but we did not have enough time. I would love to come back here and stay at Kathy‘s place. The place seems a little bit remote. That’s why it’s very calm and peaceful, but without a car it would have been difficult. Fortunately we had a car.

A fabulous home and each room having a bathroom was a real bonus. Very easy instructions for our stay, the home was very clean and a handy location to the shops, restaurants and lake. Highly recommend

The location is very good, within walking distance of the Church of the Good Shepherd. The room is exquisite and tidy.

Beautiful apartment on a hillside overlooking the town and lake. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Access to a very good washing machine and dryer a bonus. Would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely, cosy stay at Teresa’s place. The garden setting of the property is pretty, peaceful and quiet. The beds were warm and comfy and we were kindly gifted a welcome treats pack from the owners. Would happily recommend this lovely accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Twizel.

One of the most unique and nicest places we have stayed at. Extremely comfortable and spacious with plants and art everywhere. Quiet neighborhood, short walk to town. Kitchen was well appointed and hosts provided a nice start of provisions. Large common living area with bedrooms allowing for privacy. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying in Andrea's Airbnb! There was plenty of space for our family of 5, the layout was nice, kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped, and - perhaps the highlight for us - the wood-stove/fireplace right there in the dining area. What a joy to eat dinner after a cold day hiking in the mountains, right next to a roaring fire! It was very quiet at night, and the beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies. It was only about 50 minutes drive to Mt Cook, and for us was a much better option than trying to stay at the park itself. Twizel was a nice little town with peaceful streets, some very nice restaurants, a Foursquare grocery store (very handy for stocking up before the hikes), and what we found especially cool was the food-trucks near the town park that sold all kinds of delicious foods which we took home for dinner. I wouldn't even give it a second thought: if we're in the area again in the future, THIS is where I will want to stay. Thanks Andrea!

We had a nice 3 day stay at Paula's place. It was close enough to town to walk to the museum, restaurants, and Kurow Hill. It was in a peaceful setting and had all the amenities we needed. Paula was responsive and provided lots of information on things to do in and around Kurow. Would recommend as a stop on the A2O or travels around the Mackenzie region.

Lovely place with wonderful equipment and furniture, garden. It is one of the best houses we lived in NZ , definitely will visit again.

It was more than I expected!It was truly amazing! The room is exactly as pictured, clean and fully equipped.Especially enjoyed the view of the garden outside the floor to ceiling windows and the wood-fired fireplace inside. The host communicated the check-in guide in advance and was responsive with questions. My favorite stay for this trip, I will choose again next time I come here, and I will recommend friends.
