I can't say enough about the host John and his co-hosts Matt and Carolynn. They have been truly fantastic and very accommodating. The property was exactly what I expected and wanted, with plenty of space and beautiful woodland views. If you're looking for a getaway that has a huge yard with a short walk to the river and a peaceful and quiet setting look no further. I highly recommend, as does the pup who really loved the space to run and play.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

The Claymore is a truly unique and beautiful space! Originally a sprawling commercial property, it has been thoughtfully transformed into a stunning living space. The bathrooms are amazing, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the property is equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The hosts were fantastic—accommodating and easy to work with, even allowing us an early check-in. As someone with years of experience as a wedding videographer, I can confidently say that this property would make an excellent setting for an intimate wedding or special event. The space below is ideal for gatherings, combining charm and functionality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience!

This house was on a quiet street so close to Downtown Holland and not far from main roads. It's a cozy place with plenty of parking and a front porch great to look out from. The home was just as described and very well maintained. Very clean bathrooms, TV's, WiFi, all amenities worked great. Host was amazing with communicating to us everything we needed to know in advance. Very responsive host when we had questions- which is an added peace of mind. Highly recommend you check out this place!

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

Our month long stay at Melissa's couldn't have been better. She was always quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. The location was perfect for our needs. Close to everything in Grand Haven. Although you are near several restaurants and traffic noise it was never a problem inside for us. We were easily able to walk downtown and even walked out to the Grand Haven pier several times. Would not hesitate to stay at Melissa's again in the future!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

This property is really outstanding. It has three floors, which makes it perfect for two families staying to have some privacy. The only thing that was not mentioned and important is the number of stairs between the floors of the condo. While it is not handicap accessible, separate floors provide privacy. Sleeping quarters are on the main and third floor. The second floor has the living area, dining, kitchen in an open floor plan. There is no bathroom on this floor. However, there are 2 1/2 full baths that are convenient to the bedrooms.

The condo is exactly as described and has everything needed to enjoy the time there. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area again.
