Great location close to town and very walkable. We had a great stay and felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked to create a delicious meal. The furniture is super comfy and all of the mattresses were comfortable. No complaints. Highly recommend staying here.

My son and I visited Marquette in late September. Donna's house was a great place to stay. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but convenient to downtown Marquette. We took several day trips both east and west along beautiful Lake Superior. It was a wonderful vacation!

Great location! Loved the recommendations and the only place I’ve stayed where I didn’t need to do anything before check out :) The beds were comfy and plentiful and the house was super kid friendly, even a toy box that my boys loved playing with. Super close to town and Marquette Mountain Resort as well as all the other fun hikes and activities.

This beautiful cottage on the shore of Lake Michigan was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It featured a deck and shared outdoor games and equipment. The kitchen was fully furnished, and designated parking was just a few steps from the cottage. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place for a short or long term stay. It is a gem!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed. The house is spread out so everyone had their own space. My husband and I shared the master, my adult son and family had their own apartment basically ( in the tower), teenage boys had the “bunker”, and although my parents couldn’t make it, they would have had their own wing as well. Beautiful surroundings, private… we couldn’t have asked for more on our long weekend away bonding with family.

We had a wonderful stay in Marquette and Miriam's place was perfect for our family. This place was very clean and we had plenty of room to stretch out after a long road trip. Miriam's place is in a quiet neighborhood and everything is within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping all near by. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Magnificent lake view and the perfect deck to enjoy the view! You can actually see the sunrise in the morning. Ample space with all the necessities. Like some of the reviews, the house is a bit old but it does not affect the quality of your stay. The only thing kind of bothers me (tiny bit) is the kitchen light. It’s relatively dark so not very convenient to cook when it’s dark outside. Otherwise, this place is a gem!

We loves our stay! The home is SO cute. And every detail was considered to make the home dog friendly. I love the proactive communication from Jacky to make sure we were taken care of at every turn. This home is the perfect quaint cottage... and feela JUST at home! We loved EVERY minute of our stay. The lake views were also incredible!

October 19-22, 2024. We loved staying at your beautiful, clean and comfy cottage! It was the perfect landing spot for our amazing Pictured Rocks Cruise, checking in a bit early to get to the cruise on time was perfect! We enjoyed bopping around the waterfalls and 12 mile beach. The Sandbox’s shoreline was stunning and the comforts of the beach house itself were perfection! The neighboring towns offered great spots for local shopping and dining, and SOOO many beautiful nature-based things to do await you! If you are at all put off by natural well water with a high iron content, buy some gallons of water to bring with you for drinking water/pets - other than that, absolute perfection (and important to note, totally outside of the control of the owners/management)!

Even in March, you can’t beat walking through the back yard dunes straight onto the Lake Superior beach. The house has great space and splits well for 2 families to each have some of their own space. Tons of toys and games for the kiddos too!

We had a great time during our stay. The cabin was perfect for us and was directly across from a gas station and Andy’s Bar which had good food and atmosphere. Cabin was right on the snowmobile trail and had pull through parking which was great for the snowmobile trailer. Definitely would book again!

We came up for a week long snowmobiling trip. The home is newer open concept. It had lots of space for the 7 of us. The upstairs has baseboard heating and the basement has floor heating. The garage as floor heating as well. We had three large trailers which was accommodating. The beds were a mix of firm-soft. The bed I slept in the basement was perfect for me. We had one hiccup with the shower head not functioning correctly, but she came and fixed it the next morning without hesitation. Would definitely consider staying again.
