Luxury rentals in Tweed Shire Council

I have stayed in many airbnbs all over the world and Barefoot at Broken Heads tops them all. The home is very unique, Bali-style open plan living with gorgeous lush manicured gardens. Truly feels like paradise there with a private path to a secluded beach. Pictures do not do the place justice. Each bedroom it’s own structure giving us all separation with an open air living room in the middle. The home is luxurious, I appreciate the nice linens and a fully stocked kitchen which can be rare on airbnb - everything we needed as we do lots of cooking. The house is only a 3 minute drive from a little town with shops to get what we needed and less than 10 mins to Byron Bay! The service Tim provides is also exceptional. He accommodated us for an VERY early check in, was easy to communicate with and even organized change of bed linens as we had guests change over. He suggested activities, has bikes and boards at the house for use. Cannot recommend this enough and can’t wait to rent again!

Beautiful place to stay with a young family! The kids loved the pool, ample space to run around, and our kangaroo friend that came to visit of an evening! Every amenity is high class and we can not wait to go back!

Great house, great location, great host

Probably the best property we've ever stayed at. An architectural 'grand design' beautifuly laid out, with multiple areas to relax, eat and spend time with the family. Wategos is a very short walk from the house. it's a pristine beach with chilled out long boarders, crystal clear, warm water. A friendly atmosphere and less crowded, probably due to the restricted parking. we all had great fun body boarding here and found the waves fun, rather than overwhelming or dangerous. A lovely van at the beach for coffee and lunch and no problem finding Ubers for dinner in the town. Lovely to rise back up the hill to the seclusion of the house after dinner - cool watching the lighthouse shine at you at night!

It’s easy for hosts to look good when there are no issues. We had one issue that was a freak event, through no one’s fault, and the host was easily contacted and the situation brought under control within 30 minutes. We will back

We had a fantastic stay at Soma Byron Bay during our recent annual corporate trip. The property was not only stunning but also perfectly suited to our needs for relaxation and productivity. Firstly, Samantha, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay. She ensured that all our questions were promptly answered and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal, offering a serene environment while being conveniently close to town. It's worth noting that the owner resides nearby, which may be something to consider if your group is particularly lively or plans to stay up late. Overall, Soma provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Very nice central to every thing. Loved it.

We stayed for my 40th birthday and had a fab time in the house. The house has everything you can think of and more. The pool is lovely and warm to sit and chill if the hot tub is too warm for you. We felt really at home there and will definitely be coming back.
