Great location with stunning views of the river and rock tombs from the balcony and by the pool. Spacious villa, four bedrooms, great 1st floor living room and balcony. Not particularly new or luxurious, but nice, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning is good, WiFi works fine (not in basement). Pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants (Allegria was our fave) and a corner shop five minutes walk away. 10 minutes stroll to town centre and boats to the beach. We loved Dalyan. Not too built up, no big hotels, plenty of restaurants. River and views of the ancient tombs is unique and wonderful. The boat trip to the beach is cheap and easy (a cooperative runs shuttle boats, costs £4 return) takes about 40 minutes but is a nice trip. Beach is stunning.

We had an amazing stay! The view was stunning and all the plants were gorgeous too. We thoroughly enjoyed Kaş and the surroundings. The food was great, people were really friendly and there are cute shops around. We would visit again, also with a stay at Gulhun’s flat :)

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

Ailece çok güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Akkaya'nın yukarısında olması sebebiyle sanırım daha serin ve havadardı. Gece klimayı bile kapattık. Çok güzel bir ev ortamı oluşturmuşlar. Çok beğendik. Ayrıca 2-3 günde bir yerlerin silinip, havlu çarşafların değiştirilmesi çok güzeldi. Geldiğimizde ev mis gibi kokuyor ve çarşaflarımız değiştirilmiş oluyordu. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz herşey için.

Ayten hanım ve eşi Ercan bey çok nazik ve çok iyiydiler. Neye ihtiyacımız olursa hemen yardimci oldular. Ev çok güzeldi ve manzarası da harikaydı. Ulaşım toplu taşıma ile yapılmalı çünkü evin konumu ormanın içinde. Mutfakta neye ihtiyacımız varsa hepsi vardı. Tekrar gelsem konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer kesinlikle 🌸 biz 3 aile kaldik bir bebek ve bir de çocukla kaldık harika bir deneyimdi cok tesekkur ederiz

Hem Kaş çarşıya yakın hem de inanılmaz manzarası var. Ailenizle içiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabileceğiniz bir ev. Mutfak malzemeleri dahil ev tertemiz.

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner entre amis chez Zehra et sa mère cette semaine. Zehra s’était déjà rendue très disponible avant notre arrivée en nous donnant de multiples informations sur les activités à faire dans sa belle région, s’occupant même parfois des réservations.  Malgré une arrivée tardive, un excellent repas nous attendait à la maison avec un dressage de table très soigné. Le contact le lendemain s’est révélé à la hauteur des premiers échanges.  Nous avons pris les petits déjeuners préparés par ses soins chaque matin et même un dîner. Tous les mets étaient d’excellentes qualités.  La maison offre une superbe vue sur Sidé et la côte.  Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables.  Les espaces intérieurs comme extérieurs sont propres, pratiques et superbes. La piscine est incroyablement grande. Bref, de quoi réjouir le plus grand nombre. Merci encore Zehra pour ce superbe séjour , ton hospitalité et ta gentillesse. Tes plats nous manquent déjà.

Ev sahibimiz Süleyman bey ile ilk günden itibaren sürekli iletişim kurabildik, kendisi her sorumuza hızlı yanıt verdi. Evin yolundan dolayı araba mutlaka gerekli, Kaş merkeze 10 dakika, arabayla 5 dk mesafede fırın, manav, market, restaurant mevcut. Ev resimlerden bile daha güzeldi, çok rahat ettik, o kadar sevdik ki tatilimizi 2 gün daha uzattık ve harika bir 10 gün geçirdik. En önemlisi kendi evimizde gibi hissettik ve rahattık. Kedimizle gittiğimiz için bahçe bizim için mükemmel bir deneyim sağladı, ayrıca yandaki evlerle hiçbir şekilde temas kurmamak, görünmemesi çok güzel düşünülmüş bir detay.eşyalar yepyeni, evin içerisinde ihtiyacınız olan her şey bulunuyor.internet tv, telefonlar için yeterli ancak bilgisayardan toplantı vs yaparken biraz yetersiz kalabiliyor,bizim için sorun olmadı. Bir dahaki sefere daha uzun kalmak istediğimiz bir yer oldu, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The village is peaceful and lovely, the villa is convenient, beautifully decorated, and clean, and the rooftop was the best part. We are big cooks and cooked quit a bit while we stayed so we loved the fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and everything provided when we asked. Baris was such a great host, welcomed us personally and was very helpful when we needed anything. Recommend staying at this beautiful place.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Yasemin was an amazing host. She was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The villa was lovely and new, clean and very well designed. The swimming pool was great too. We had a lovely few days and would definitely recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay at Mr. Farouk’s apartment in Trabzon. The hospitality was exceptional, and the breathtaking view of the stunning landscapes made the experience even more special. The place was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly peaceful. Mr. Farouk is a kind and welcoming host, ensuring everything is perfect for a comfortable stay. I have too many good things to say about Hikmet and this property. I needed a place to get away too. I wasn’t interested in spending time in bedroom I just wanted to relax by myself. I rented a large house to myself and enjoyed three wonderful weeks there. Hikmet allowed me to eat from her garden, and olive oil from her trees. I Purchased eggs and fresh milk from the neighbors, and learned how to make nomad bread from Hikmet herself over an open fire. I eat really healthy and loved the peacefulness of this property. It is about 30 minutes away from the famous Bodrum area that you see on the Internet so keep that in mind if that’s where you are planning on going. But the village of Gokpinar welcomed me with open arms and I made lifelong friends there. Hikmet’s property is a great place for a retreat. A great place for meditation and yoga and mindfulness. You’ll wake up in the morning to the roosters and go to bed in the evening with the cicadas. Stunning sunsets and sunrises and sounds to boot! If you need anything, Hikmet lives on the property and is always around doing something to maintain it so you’ll probably see her many times throughout the day. I feel like I made a lifelong friend.

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!
