Great location with stunning views of the river and rock tombs from the balcony and by the pool. Spacious villa, four bedrooms, great 1st floor living room and balcony. Not particularly new or luxurious, but nice, clean, well maintained. Air conditioning is good, WiFi works fine (not in basement). Pool is a bit small, but fine for cooling off. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants (Allegria was our fave) and a corner shop five minutes walk away. 10 minutes stroll to town centre and boats to the beach. We loved Dalyan. Not too built up, no big hotels, plenty of restaurants. River and views of the ancient tombs is unique and wonderful. The boat trip to the beach is cheap and easy (a cooperative runs shuttle boats, costs £4 return) takes about 40 minutes but is a nice trip. Beach is stunning.

We had an amazing stay! The view was stunning and all the plants were gorgeous too. We thoroughly enjoyed Kaş and the surroundings. The food was great, people were really friendly and there are cute shops around. We would visit again, also with a stay at Gulhun’s flat :)

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

We had a very nice week as a family. I think it was cooler and airier because it was above Akkaya. We even turned off the air conditioner at night. They created a very nice home environment. We loved it. It was also very nice to have places wiped every 2-3 days and changed the towels and sheets. The house smelled good when we arrived and our sheets were changed. Thank you so much for everything.

Love Love Love!!! I can't recommend enough. Melanie was an amazing host and was always just a message away. Everything was as described and just what we needed. The villa was peaceful and situated in a beautiful location. I can't believe how easy the walk into town was! We are already looking at coming back - thanks for having us :)

Ms. Ayten and her husband, Mr. Ercan, were very kind and very good. They immediately helped us with whatever we needed. The house was very beautiful and the view was also great. Transportation should be done by public transportation because the location of the house is in the forest. The kitchen had all of what we needed. A place I would want to stay if I came back, 🌸 we definitely stayed with 3 families, we stayed with a baby and a child, it was a great experience, thank you very much

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

It is both close to Kaş bazaar and has incredible views. A home where you can stay comfortably with your family. The house is spotless, including kitchen supplies.

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

Excellent stay. Very comfortable for family of 9, with ages ranging from 2-50. Loved that each bedroom had an en-suite and the amenities were incredible. The sauna, Hammam, and 2 pools kept the family busy and enjoying downtime. Cevdet himself was an excellent host, kind, proactive, great communication, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

I'm missing this beautiful place already, so peaceful. beautifully done out. the garden/pool area was my haven for 2 weeks. everything my wife and I needed for two weeks the jacuzzi bath tub and the pool table was a nice touch. we would definitely recommend this villa. thankyou so much

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The village is peaceful and lovely, the villa is convenient, beautifully decorated, and clean, and the rooftop was the best part. We are big cooks and cooked quit a bit while we stayed so we loved the fully stocked kitchen with great appliances and everything provided when we asked. Baris was such a great host, welcomed us personally and was very helpful when we needed anything. Recommend staying at this beautiful place.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay. The landlords were always easily accessible and were able to answer our questions quickly. The facility was an eye-catcher, and the sauna and hot tub upgraded the whole thing again.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. The location , layout, cleanliness , peaceful and cozy decor of the house enchanted us as soon as we entered the house. The house was peaceful and tastefully furnished . Alison was extremely helpful, warm and thoughtful . The interior of the house was immaculately clean , everything we could need was thought out down to the finest detail. An oasis in a bustling and noisy city.The house is quaint and the furnishings are elegant and stylish.Especially the corridor is very impressive, high roofs and chandeliers, antique furniture and mirrors like an old aristocratic residence.I especially like the kitchen, spacious, with all kinds of utensils, cups and plates.Stone walls.A few hundred meters away is the seaside promenade.Transportation is also convenient.

I have too many good things to say about Hikmet and this property. I needed a place to get away too. I wasn’t interested in spending time in bedroom I just wanted to relax by myself. I rented a large house to myself and enjoyed three wonderful weeks there. Hikmet allowed me to eat from her garden, and olive oil from her trees. I Purchased eggs and fresh milk from the neighbors, and learned how to make nomad bread from Hikmet herself over an open fire. I eat really healthy and loved the peacefulness of this property. It is about 30 minutes away from the famous Bodrum area that you see on the Internet so keep that in mind if that’s where you are planning on going. But the village of Gokpinar welcomed me with open arms and I made lifelong friends there. Hikmet’s property is a great place for a retreat. A great place for meditation and yoga and mindfulness. You’ll wake up in the morning to the roosters and go to bed in the evening with the cicadas. Stunning sunsets and sunrises and sounds to boot! If you need anything, Hikmet lives on the property and is always around doing something to maintain it so you’ll probably see her many times throughout the day. I feel like I made a lifelong friend.

Wonderful stay! My wife and I had an amazing stay! The views from the house towards the mountain were breathtaking, and the pool and villa were truly wonderful. It was extra nice to enjoy the sun all day without any shade and to get to see the beautiful sunset. We also want to thank our hosts who were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We are looking forward to visit this home again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Great and spacious apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Bathroom and an additional toilet available. Highly recommended!
