Er und seine Familie sind sehr nett und höflich und auch die Nachbarn sind besser als die anderen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Gegend, in der alles leichter zu erreichen ist. Der Busbahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig. Mein Rat ist, es einmal zu versuchen. Sie werden nicht zögern, ein zweites Mal wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank, Aikoto und seine Familie .

Very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long stay. There were a few instances with the water being cut off for a few hours during the midday due to construction, but not a big issue. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to a ton of restaurants and public transportation.

İşletme sahibi aile, gerek oraya varmadan gerekse konaklama esnasında bizlere çok yardımcı oldu. İçten davranışlarıyla kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Evin çok güzel bir manzarası vardı. Ev eşyaları kusursuz ve eksiksizdi. Ayrıca çok iyi uğurlandık. Turizmi gerçek anlamıyla benimsemiş olan ve uygulayan bu aile işletmesinde herkesin konaklamasını canı gönülden tavsiye ederim.

Great apartment in a good area! Very close to the shopping street İstiklal and Taksim square. The apartment is much larger than shown in the photo. It has everything you need, as well as many interesting additional details that creative people will like. The bedroom windows overlook the courtyard, so it is quiet and calm at night. Absolutely loved my stay at this Balat Airbnb! The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of all the colorful, picturesque streets and just steps away from some of the most charming attractions in Istanbul. It’s incredibly convenient and safe, with tons of shops, cafes, and restaurants all around. The balcony overlooking the vibrant neighborhood made every morning and evening feel like a movie scene. The host was beyond helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I’m so glad I booked this place, such a memorable and beautiful experience!

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Bu yamaç evinde eşimle beraber 2 gece konaklamak oldukca keyifli ve huzur vericiydi.Evde ve cevredeki yürüyüş rotasında bize her zaman eşlik eden sevimli dostlarımız Sasha ,pofuduk ve korki sayesinde hem kendimizi guvende hissetttik hem de nefes kesici manzaraların tadını çıkardık.Ev oldukça iyi temizlenmisti ,mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi ve günlük kullanım için gerekli olan her detay en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Mutlaka tekrar gelmek istiyoruz .

Tout était parfait ! J'étais ici pour du télétravail et le bureau était idéal, avec une belle lumière naturelle. L'appartement est très agréable, on s'y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et bien pensé. L'emplacement est également excellent, très central et pratique pour explorer la ville. Franchement, c'est le meilleur appartement que j'ai eu à Istanbul ! Je recommande vivement

Ev temizliği çok iyiydi Hakan bey her zaman çok yardımseverdi. Lokasyon çok sessiz ve sakindi kuş ve doğa sesleri insanı dinlendiriyor. Araç ile ulaşım çok rahat. Çevrede ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz marketler ve restoranlar mevcut.

İlkay hanım çok nazik ve bütün sorularımıza açık, net, hızlı dönüş yaptı. eve kolay bir şekilde kendimiz girdik, kendimiz çıktık buda gerçekten evinizdeymiş gibi hissettirdi. ev temiz ve düzenliydi tereddütünüz olmasın. sadece öneri olarak mutfak eşyaları biraz arttırılabilir. Her şey için tekrardan çok teşekürederiz

Türker Bey konaklamamızın başlangıcından sonuna kadar bizimle fazlasıyla ilgilendi. Evi çok güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Huzurlu ve sakin bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için tamamen ideal bir seçenek. Mutfak kullanımı için gerekli her türlü alet ve tüketim malzemesi düşünülmüş. Kendisine mükemmel ev sahipliği için teşekkür ederiz.

Genialt sted at bo! Meget charmerende og cool sted midt i Balat. Tagterrassen er helt fantastisk med flot udsigt over byen og Det Gyldne Horn.

Beautiful seaview from living room and balcony.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

het appartement is prachtig, heel gezellig, een echt thuis. goede uitvalsbasis midden in het stadsrumoer. heerlijke douche, twee ruime slaapkamers, ruime woonkamer. in het weekend is er savonds wel muziek te horen. geen dreunende techno ofzo maar wij hadden een liveconcert met turkse fluit en gezang. best mooi. dat moet je dus niet erg vinden. vanaf een uur of 1 is het stil.

Each room was well-furnished and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip!

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like
