We stayed for our One Year Wedding Anniversary and it was just what we needed. Peaceful, tranquil, romantic and secluded getaway with everything we needed and lots of little extras that were a thoughtful touch. We loved our weekend getaway and Marlena’s communication and efforts in making us as comfortable as possible were appreciated. The fresh baking and fruit along with complementary gift was amazing. Zoe was also a welcome guest she is such a sweet dog

While perfectly private and set amongst beautiful countryside the place was a great base for exploring Hawkes Bay without being too far from anything— and with a great spa and sauna to relax in after a long day! Cam provided us with greens and herbs from the garden and a fantastically bright and sunny demeanor despite the rainy weather— making a memorable experience for our family we hope to repeat in the near future.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The cottage was modern and had everything we needed, the outlook was just beautiful and we were so close to everything in town. Even though it rained most of our visit, we still enjoyed every second of our stay. We LOVED being able to get up close with the farm animals, our 6 year old had a blast! 10/10 and highly recommend to stay here. Hopefully we’ll be able to visit again from our next visit from Australia ❤️

We needed a break from Wellington and booked this place for a couple of nights. Had an amazing stay - the place was perfect for our family and it even had a gym so I could workout. Nicky was a wonderful host - warm, inviting and incredibly easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and I hope we can come back

A lovely cottage, in a beautiful part of the world. A great place to unwind with friends and family. Would recommend the walk in the next door reserve. Paulette and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay, very clean and had everything we needed - fully equip kitchen, comfy beds, aircon in the main living area, quiet and peaceful but only 15-20min from the town. Compared to other places we have stayed in Hastings for similar prices, this airbnb was much better value.

We had a lovely stay! We arrived in the dark and waking up to that view was something else! Such a special spot to take little ones, being able to come back and forth from the beach as we pleased was fantastic! Also loved the family feel of the Bach - you could tell there were many happy memories had there over the generations! Very accomodating hosts with great communication. We would love to visit again. Highly recommend

This Air BnB was fantastic. My partner and I were blown away by heathers garden! Absolutely filled with all kinds of fruit!! It has inspired us to start one of our own. The living space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Definitely a place to chill and unwind whilst enjoying the views to the river. The cottage has everything you need and is beautifully renovated. Jane’s place is a great spot to stay and enjoy Waipatiki. It is very well equipped and has everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space in the living area. It’s a short stroll to the beach and it also has a beautiful garden that gets all day sunshine. Recommended!

Stayed here for a friends wedding at St George’s restaurant and it was the perfect location 😊 beautiful surroundings and super clean and well set up inside.

We have stayed at Max's Place a number of times before and each time has been great! Belinda and Phil are lovely hosts, always welcoming but respecting your privacy at the same time. It's a great location and has all the amentities you need, including comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and lovely outside area. Great additional touches such as Nespresso machine and coffee, eggs provided, which were really appreciated. Highly recommended to all!

Kia Noho cottage is a beautiful place to stay set in idyllic and private surrounds. My wife loved watching the tuis frolic in the trees and listening to the native birdsong. The space was comfortable and cosy, sofas were great, and each room had its own en-suite which is awesome. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and the large windows opening out into the garden made it really nice to relax and look out at the nature. It felt like we were in our own little secluded paradise. Johno was super helpful and even couriered our toothbrush charger to us when we left it there. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
