Everything super!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

If you want nature and tranquility, this is the place to be. The garden with the great view invites you to linger. Just around the corner there are various walking or hiking trails. A few minutes' drive away, there are shopping facilities in Münsingen. The contact with Marco was very friendly. Thank you, we had a great time in the extraordinary accommodation!

We were a large group and had plenty of room. Large spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and games for social evenings are provided. The communication with Eve was great. We stayed in the house over an extended weekend with three children and three families and felt really comfortable. The location is great, you can go on great hikes or walk to the Alpsee and enjoy the lake, ice cream & playground there. The great thing about the place is the game room and the beautiful garden with lots of play opportunities for the kids. The premises are cozy, clean and it has everything you need. The communication with Christian and his dad is excellent, they take care of ensuring that you have a nice stay in a very friendly manner. Glad to come back!

The whole family felt comfortable in the accommodation, especially the large window in the dining table area, which we liked very much. The interior is also friendly and cozy. The hosts are very friendly and seek contact with the holiday guests, give instructions and information, in case of uncertainty you could always contact them, which we very much appreciated. We can only recommend the cozy house Malina!

A very nice place to stay, it had everything you needed and more. You are dependent on a car, as the connection to public transport is very limited. We used our vacation to drive from there to Ulm, Blaubeuren (Blautopf) and Legoland. Everything can be reached in a short time. We particularly liked the private and quiet environment, so you could relax on the terrace and also quickly be in nature. The hosts showed the whole place once at check-in and explained special features and were available at any time. All in all, a great place to stay that we will gladly recommend.

Very quiet location with fantastic views. We felt at home. Everything clean and tidy. It is the lower floor of a house. Upstairs is another apartment. We will be happy to come back.

We loved staying with Heinz and Iris - both are wonderful hosts and we felt right at home in the accommodation. We would definitely visit again!

we only stayed one night, found it pleasant. Great coffee maker Good beds, also sofa bed was okay. Pleasant neighborhood,ideal for gassi against. Parking rest. Nearby. We will be happy to come back for longer.

Beautiful place in Salem, well maintained and a very nice host. The kitchen or the entire accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a short break. There are great hiking trails around the place, which are easily accessible on foot (with stroller). Public parking is right in front of the property, but you can also park in the yard. Baker just around the corner, Edeka also not far away. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back!

very nice and clean apartment, very friendly people, helpful, got a pot of homemade honey on departure. Had a top holiday! 2 small downsides, toilets do not flow well and hot water was up at the 3rd person to shower. Otherwise satisfied with everything!

The accommodation is very suitable for a larger group as there are many rooms and several bathrooms and toilets. As a large family (2 parents, 4 teenagers, aunt and grandfather), we appreciated the large dining table for socializing and playing games and enjoyed the large terrace with barbecue for the barbecue evenings. There is enough space for everyone to get together but also to rest alone. The hosts were very friendly and inquired about our well-being every day and responded quickly to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and even gave us tips for excursions and information about the area and its history. The area has many opportunities for activities of all ages: Excavated lakes for swimming, Ulm for sightseeing or shopping. But we liked the gelateria best, which is a 5-minute walk away:-)) It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back! Warm, family

Very nice place to stay for a weekend with friends or family. Spacious kitchen, bathrooms and rooms. Separated from the lake only by the (non-disturbing) railway line, great view, very large playground on the lake, thermal baths and downtown within walking distance. We'd love to come back!

We stayed there for a few days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and in great condition, especially the fireplace was a highlight. We also liked the kitchen, super equipped and cozy. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

A great house for a wonderful weekend with friends. We were very pleased with everything. The great covered terrace was great, so we could sit outside even in cooler temperatures. A highlight was also the sauna and the hot tub.

We had three beautiful days in the lake house. Accommodation was as shown in the photos and description. Very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. hot tub and make the whole thing even more exclusive. Kitchen equipment was great, everything you need is available.
