Fab stay. Beautifully clean. Lots of lovely soft towels, hand soap, shampoo etc. Great location. A really lovely space with brilliant touches, such as sweets, and a page of loads of recommendations of places to eat and drinks. Will hopefully be back!

Fabulous location.!!!!!! Short walking distance to all that the centre of St Ives has to offer The view from the window is unbeatable and as you are so near to the seas edge we slept with the window slightly open so as to listen to the restful waves when going to sleep at night Had all the amenities we looked for during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return to in the future Just a couple of minor issues to be aware of : Parking at the nearby Island is difficult. It seemed to be full most of the time and for most of the time people were waiting for a space to park The Wi-Fi isn’t great- only really useable in the lounge (and then not all the time) But don’t let this put you off ….you won’t regret booking a stay here and there are some great restaurants practically on your doorstep !

A lovely place, we really enjoyed spending our time in there. Jon & Laura are a brilliant, kind and friendly couple, as they assist us with our taxi booking. A very flexible place with check in and check out. I would love to recommend it for couples who wants to enjoy their time together in Tintagle Castle:)

We had a fantastic stay, couldn’t have asked for a better location for our surf trip. 2 minute walk to Towan and we could leave the key in the lock box which meant no bags on the beach - perfect! Both beds very comfy, slept great. The shared bike storage for our surfboards was a game changer too - fantastic not having to have boards taking up space in the apartment :-)

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

Great apartment with fantastic views across Newquay town beaches from the bay window at the front and across Fistral beach from the rear bedroom. Impeccably clean throughout. Bathroom and Kitchen facilities excellent. Emily went the extra mile by putting up Christmas decorations for our December stay. Would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone else looking for accommodation in this area

Oh my goodness! Such a lovely place in a brilliant location! Short walk to town centre, walks, Asda etc I loved this place and I will deginsy be back. I felt very comfortable in the place. The bed was super comfy, house was lovely and warm and heating was easy to use. Fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Thank you for letting me stay

Lush late autumn stay! Super little spot, and dead handy for the South West Coast Path. All very straightforward and well communicated.

We had a wonderful family week here. The apartment was beautifully decorated and a perfect bolthole for an active beach holiday. Lots of space in the courtyard for all our boards and beach equipment, and only a couple of metres from the courtyard to the sand on Porthmeor beach. Really helpful instructions from our super hosts - thank you!

The studio was perfect, location was spot on and so peaceful. Rachel was extremely helpful and friendly, the scone and jam and cream she left for me was amazing!! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay here, and would definitely return . Thankyou so much Rachel 😊

great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

Perfect easy to manage 1 bed apartment with parking, meets all needs for single or a couple, I spent a very pleasant 28 days here due to work commitments. Location 10 min walk to town centre & 2 mins from beach, SPAR 1 min walk. I would recommend this apartment and will reuse if fortunate to visit Falmouth in the future.

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

Our stay was faultless. The accommodation was outstanding in terms of decoration, facilities and cleanliness. The location was within minutes of Castle and Gyllyngvase beaches and easy walking distance to town. Will definitely return and would recommend this apartment.

This is a great place to stay if you’re in Newquay. As soon as you walk through the front door you are met with the stunning view of Fistral beach and the rugged coastline. The apartment has everything you need and K&B were amazing hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and despite Storm Bert we had some great, if bracing, dog walks on the beach. We hope to return soon when the weather is slightly better.
