Vacation rentals with a patio in Trung Hòa Nhân Chính, Trung Hoà

This is a very spacious and light-filled apartment, next to the lake, and you can walk to a variety of restaurants in 10 minutes.Our companions loved the property.😍But for some reasons the swimming pool on the ground floor was in an unusable state which was the only regret🙁

Really enjoyed my stay here, felt so safe and the studio was so lovely! Linh was so quick to respond to any messages or questions I had. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Hanoi - thank you again!

"Don't judge a book by its cover" is a perfect example for Thuy Hoa house. The path leading to the house may give you a feeling that you have come to the wrong place. Once you get into the home you will definitely feel that you have come to your home. The house is super spacious, super clean and the host is super patience. The house is very near to Hoan Kiam Lake and other areas like train street, old quarter etc. For the whole tiring two days, its Thuy Hoa's home that gave us rejuvenation. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would love to come back when we visit Hanoi next time without a second thought. Thank You Thuy Hoa ❤️

I have had a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at this place again. I enjoyed the peace in there, a wonderful home with needed facilities, a very friendly, helpful and homely feeling provided by the hosts. Thing I love the most: a big window on 2nd floor, very relaxing for both work and tea.

The Vietnamese house itself is narrow and has a lot of stairs, so you have to go up the stairs to the fourth floor of the mai's house. The stairwell was wide, so it was easy to go up with a suitcase. It was spacious enough to live in 5 people, so it was very comfortable. It was my first time using Airbnb, so I was worried because I wasn't good at it. mai communicated the Airbnb app within 5-10 minutes and responded immediately through the Whats app, so it was very easy to travel. For nearby restaurants, the grilled skewers restaurant just to the right of the house was really good. On the left, it was a meat grilling house, but I couldn't go, but there were so many people. Po 10 is about 15 minutes away if you walk slowly, and there was a lot to see nearby, so it was easy to walk. (15 minutes by taxi) If I go on my next trip to Hanoi, I think I will do it at mai's house. It was so, so good. Thank you.

The location is 11 out of 10. We’re able to get everywhere by foot. A lot of eating place and super market are just around the corner. Everything was great and we spend a great time there. The apartment was clean. Harley was very nice and communicated very well. One thing - but nothing bad for us - the airbnb has very little natural light.

We spent a full month here and loved it! Our third time staying in Hanoi but first in an AirBnb. This is a great area, especially for foodies and families. The apartment had basically everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly and agreeable to every request we had during our months stay. I would happily stay here again and fully recommend you do too!

Bon’s place was a nice getaway for this friends trip. It was big enough for all 10 of us. It’s a budget stay so we did not expect any fancy amenities. Bon’s team was very responsive and helpful with all requests, including transportation bookings to and from the airport. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

The bed is really great. 5 star hotel level. It's usually a cheap Airbnb bed, but it's either here or. Spring is also normal. It's unfortunate that the host needs to update the photos. The actual photos of the listing are much better. The current photo is an old one. Bathroom. Room is so clean. Hotel feel Imperial. Green Bay itself is very well located. Meading is also 5 minutes away. There is no place like this for Koreans. There are 3-4 Vietnamese restaurants in the Green Bay. There are 3-4 convenience stores. The bakery is amazing. It's really cheap. Lotte Mart. Wynmart. Looking at the price of the Bread Factory and fainted when you come here. So delicious and cheap. Highland coffee as well. There are also 2-3 more other cafes. I can't hear the car and it's quiet. Hyeja. You know, an expensive neighborhood If you go, cafe, bread, and restaurants are all expensive. There's no noise here. Contact. Meading is also within 5-8 minutes of Grabtag. There's a big lake, so it runs. The walk is good. The complex itself is large, but the Indian, where people go, is spacious and cleanly decorated. Korean is an expensive West Point. Don't stay in Decapital, grab a place to stay in Green Bay. The price here is cheap and the environment is good and everything is good. I've only been to the hotel in Hanoi for 3 weeks and 5 times. Green Bay is a great place to get around while staying quiet after leaving the value for money. Of course, Seoho. If you think about Hoan Kiem, you can't hold this area of Miding to the accommodation. Anyway, the place is clean and nice.

The apartment is located in a building on the 32nd floor, in an impressive brand new neighborhood. It's just like the pictures, very clean with all the amenities you need. The wi-fi worked great to work. There are shops nearby if needed. The hosts were very attentive, and gave us free access to the pool in their building as well as the gym. They are very available, kind and responsive to all our worries, we thank them for that! Finally, the accommodation is about 35 minutes away by scooter/car from the old quarter of Hanoi. It wasn't a problem for us because we were looking for a place that was a little out of the way. In addition, there are motorbike / car taxis everywhere at the bottom of the building (between 70k and 100k in one). We recommend this listing for your stay in Hanoi!
