Shari is an absolute gem! She left. personal note for us (we were there under stressful circumstances) Her place is amazing. The house was not as clean as it could have been, but thst was NOT her fault! The rental agency was very responsive. Ideal layout and comfy furniture! Easy for my 80/90 year old parents to navigate. Would definitely stay again!

The house is amazing. Extremely well equipped. Amazing decks, docks etc. Great gas grill. Amazing lower level with bar and game room. All three bathrooms and showers are really nice, including outdoor shower. 😀 All of the wall hangings and niknacs are very nice and make it feel like a real home and not just a rental. I could go on and on but I only have so much space. Thanks for sharing your fabulous home. It made our sons wedding week very special!

We only had one night but wished we had more, in that short time, we were in love with the beauty and serenity of both the bnb space and the lake. Definitely worth the visit and we hope to come back. The host was responsive, friendly and available striking that perfect balance of being there when needed and giving space to just enjoy. Highly recommend! This place is a gem!

This a great place for any reason! We were on a bachelor trip with friends and it had all of the amenities that we could have possibly needed. Outdoor grill and fireplace were great features that we used a ton, comfortable beds, huge sectional with mounted tv in living room, and privacy from neighboring houses. Lake access was great- settled into the back of a cove- we caught several fish and some of us kayaked out and reported beautiful views of the main portion of the lake. It was a great stay and would highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay. Host was very responsive during stay. Would stay again. Very flexible check in and check out times. Very quiet and relaxing with plenty of room for guests.

Bryan's house was perfect for us! We were in town to play with the Charlotte Symphony and had our dog with us. There is a nice sunny, second floor deck with a gate so our dog could hang out with us without escaping into the yard. There's no fence for a dog but a quiet neighborhood for dog walks. Very comfortable place with quiet neighbors. Nice to have parking in the driveway out front. The front door entrance is opened with a code that was easy to operate. Only about 15 minutes to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

The cottage on Maple street is a jewel!!!! We have it saved as our favorite! Clean. Peaceful. Nice touches everywhere including the elephant in the room ….u gotta book to see it! It’s cozy. Full kitchen. Beautiful flowers. Immaculately clean. Preston and Derrick are amazing and super responsive. Even gave us a local sight seeing area we will be going to tomorrow.

Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

If you are looking for a house to stay at when you are visiting Belmont or even the Charlotte area, look no further than Jennifer’s home. 10 minutes from the airport and less than 5-10 minutes to charming downtown Belmont. Two minutes or less to groceries , gas, and food. This house is big, very clean and can accommodate a large number of guests. A Spacious kitchen, large bedrooms, a fantastic master bath with an awesome showering experience. A game room and much much more. Jennifer is super responsive to any questions and has detailed instructions that make checking in and check out easy. We truly felt like we were at home during our stay. Thank you Jennifer for letting us use your lovely home.

We enjoyed the Airbnb a lot .. it was very clean .. comfortable and convenient to everything .. parking was wonderful .. never had trouble finding parking right infront of the unit.. we would go back next time we are visiting Charlotte 🌺

nice place in a nice quiet neighborhood

I spent four weeks at this spacious and comfortable apartment while working in Center City. There is a grocery store in easy walking distance, a great coffee shop a block away. Though it is next to the highway it's pretty quiet and supplies a nice white noise at night. Rachel was quick to respond if I needed assistance, which was rare. Next time I come to Charlotte I will look to see if this place is available.

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

I booked this home so my husband and I could visit our family for the holidays who live about 30 mins away. It was able to accommodate us perfectly. I also have a baby who was able to have an entire nursery to herself which was such a blessing as we wanted her to be comfortable and unaffected. Even though the owners live at the property, the home was absolutely spotless and we felt right at home. They even had a Christmas tree up that we were so excited to gather around on Christmas morning. Very grateful to have found this listing!
