Great, clean cabin on a nice bay on Oxbow Lake. The cabin is secluded and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Our blended family from Wisconsin and Michigan had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for the 9 of us. The location was great, because half of us wanted to go snowshoeing, while the other half wanted to go skiing/snowboarding. The sunsets over Twin Lake were to die for both nights we were there. Alivia and Cody were quick with responses to questions and requests. Their instructions on how to reach the house were spot on.

The place was very clean! The bunk beds should be in the bigger bedroom. We came to quad so a hose would have helped. All in all we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay to soak up a few more sunny days of summer. Downtown was extremely walkable and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The space was comfortable for relaxing after a day of adventure and had everything we needed. The decor really provided a cabin and “Up North” feel.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was an up north oasis! The crisp winter air, the pines looking over the frozen lake, the fresh winter snow…perfection! The home was cozy and warm after a day outside. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We will be returning for a future weekend away!

This location was perfect for our getaway. The house had everything and more - from kitchen items, bathroom items, and entertainment/ games. The house felt very cozy and comfortable.

The cabin was right on a lake with kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. The fire pit was located lakeside as well. It was beautiful and peaceful at all hours of the day. Our kids loved it! The house is clean and fully stocked. Perfect space for our family of six. Connections are spotty in the area which allowed us to more readily unplug from the world. Host was communicative and responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. Very happy with our decision to stay at this location! Highly recommend.

Eric was a great host and the space was excellent. Plenty of space and comfortable seating for a large group and fun cabin decor. I hope it is available again for my booking next year!

This cabin was beautiful, relaxing, serene surroundings. We were visiting family, so it was perfect. A nice escape after the businest of the holiday. It is extremely well stocked. We did not run out of anything. I can not say enough good things about this AirBnB. We are considering coming back next fall and definitely will check availability at this AirBnB first.

What a beautiful cabin on a secluded lake! I timed it perfectly to catch the magnificent foliage in full colour. Brian was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout my stay. Kayaking on the lake was a highlight, especially with a bald eagle soaring overhead for quite a while. The cabin itself was cosy and quick to warm up, making it the perfect retreat. Dawn’s muffins were excellent—highly recommended! Though my stay was brief, it was truly memorable. Thank you!

Scott's cabin is amazing, it's even better than the pictures. He was also very gracious and communicative for everything we needed while we were there. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Christina's cottage! It was perfect for two people! We loved how close to the water the cabin was and the cabin had everything we needed for a weekend stay in Eagle River! Highly recommend and we plan to be back next year! Christina was also a great host. She was responsive and very friendly!

I was extremely pleased with this place and I felt comfortable there. Slept like a baby. There were a couple things that could be improved: provide some kind of body soap for the shower/master bathroom . Not everyone shows up with a wizened old bar of soap in a plastic bag, like I did! All that was there were half-used bottles of shampoo and conditioner from previous guests. How about a soap dispener? Or hotel-size bar soap? Another thing: the overhead fan/light fixtures in the master bath was missing its cap: bare bulbs and months' worth of dust, hair were visible. This surprised me, because John obviously has an eye for detail. It would be helpful to stack/store dish towels in the kitchen, instead of hidden under bathroom towels in the master bathroom. I was at a loss as to where they were, until I drew down the stack of bathroom towels. I didn't cook anything, but did have cereal bowls, plates, and utensils that I wanted to keep up with over my four-day stay.

It was perfect for our short stay in Rhinelander. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It was wonderful!

Perfect for our family of 5. Close to everything we needed. Loved having access to a garage to keep our car free from snow.

Place was clean, easy to find, close to town, and felt like home!

My 16 year old son and I stayed in Chery's home for a snowmobile trip. The house was beautiful and up to date with all modern appliances and furnishings. The HVAC system worked great, keeping us warm. The beds were comfortable and the linens all look new and smelled fresh. Each bedroom also had a TV. The bathroom was very clean, the shower was nice and hot and didn't run cold. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, even included a lot of extra welcoming niceties that I will let you discover. The snowmobile trail is a short 5 minute ride up the road, easily assessable by snowmobile. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future. Great spot to stay if you are hitting the trails. Private access from the property to the trails is sweet. Place was clean and had most amenities you would need. Hosts were quick to respond to questions/concerns. We will be coming back again.
