Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

The villa is very quiet and somewhat secluded in the olive mountains with a fantastic view. The distance to the sea is about 8 km. A house that can't be made more perfect. So lovingly furnished and actually really everything you need to spend a great vacation. We stayed in the house for 10 days. It has been cleaned several times. The house was almost perfect for us. We were able to work and had peace and if we wanted to shop something, a few kilometers away was a wonderful little place with great restaurants and shopping. Two personal tips: we booked a golf smiling class near Chania through Airbnb. This was really a highlight during our vacation. You should also check out the Green oasis Argiroupolis Springs. We then ate at the very top of the restaurant in the tavern Kastro. A family restaurant run by a wonderful Anna as a host.

A big thank you to Konstantinos for our stay in Crete. The accommodation is simply great, with a pool with stunning views of the mountains, a real asset for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The village where the house is located is also very welcoming, we highly recommend the tavern at the entrance to the village for its delicious specialties. We were also delighted by the attention of Konstantinos, who spoiled us with a fridge filled with fresh fruit, delicious homemade jam pots and, of course, Raki. All of this went a long way in making our stay idyllic. Thanks again for everything. We will keep a great memory of this experience.

The villa is beautifully located in a dead end on the mountain of the small village of Armenoi. Everything is well maintained, clean and atmospheric. All sanitary functions are very great in shape, the kitchen is great incl. Dishwasher equipped and the sleeping areas maintained. The grill worked impeccably and coal and lighter were ready. The communication with Elina has been great, very helpful and attentive. A car is indispensable if you want to go to the sea ( 8 min. Travel time to Kalyves ). I would come back anytime and therefore also recommend the best conscience.

We stayed for a week as a group of three in this charming village, where the welcome was incredibly warm. The accommodation is a lovely house with a stunning view. The small pool was a real treat, especially for cooling off during the hot late afternoons. We felt as comfortable as we would at home. Nearby, you'll find three tavernas with friendly, helpful, and respectful staff. I highly recommend this accommodation, where you will be warmly welcomed and given excellent advice on beautiful places to explore. We had a fantastic family holiday at Dimitris place. Very easy communication and self check in. The apartment is a lovely space, well set out and private space overlooking the marina. Just a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants and bars. Hania Old Town is just a short stoll down the sea front. Denitris had bikes there also we could use if required. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartment and Chania to all. Many thanks Dimitris 😎👌

The host went above and beyond! The apartment was sparkling clean and we even had housekeeping service midway through our stay. The location was perfect! It was peaceful and quiet but one street away from a multitude of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again!!

We had a wonderful experience at Evalia Apts. We got a room with a pretty view to the ocean. Eva gave us a great variety of information about what to do and where to go. She was always very helpful with anything we asked for and was very sympathic. Everyone is able to also visit the upper area of the Apartment Hotel, which consists of a big roof with nice areas to sit and enjoy the time. If you go up there at the right moment, you can watch the sunset, like we did. The poolarea is a nice place as well, where there are also a lot of chairs and tables in front of it. P.S.: She makes the best mojitos.
