Amazing stay, would highly recommend

It was a great stay at the Casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto is a great host, kind, helpful and very nice. We found the house comfortable for us 4 adults with 3 furry ones, comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen, perfect shower and very useful pool. Although the land is sloping, it did not create any difficulty for our outdoor evenings and the furry ones were in total freedom as the property is completely fenced. We will definitely be back.

We spent a friend in this house with all the necessary amenities to spend time away from the daily chaos. The host was very helpful and provided us with directions to the house by phone, which were very clear. The house fully matched what was described on the site and we had a great stay.

wonderful villa surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Inside we found everything we needed x our stay and the house was very clean and tidy. Wonderful immense garden that due to the cold we could not appreciate how it deserved, but we will definitely return in summer. Gabriele and his dad Francesco are two wonderful and very helpful people. I highly recommend this place

We had a great stay at Maria’s place and loved exploring Assisi. The accommodation is perfectly located and had everything you needed. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space as it was too chilly but I’m sure it would be lovely during the summer months. Don’t sleep on the bar that’s near the bus station BlanBah I think it’s called — super good vibe! Maria gave us recommendations and was super responsive, would definitely come back when visiting Assisi again in the future :)

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

it was the vacation I expected. Absolute tranquility. I recommend it to those who, like me, love to stay away from the chaos of the city and love the countryside. Great location for those who have a dog. Huge stretches of fields where our friends can run without danger. I hope to come back soon

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Fabulous place to stay for 2 nights during our Italian road trip. From start to finish everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and directions were great. We parked safely just nearby. The apartment was very very nice! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable..best nights sleep of my trip so far! A short stroll to the lake and restaurants etc where you can sit and relax with the locals. A very special place to relax and unwind. No hesitation in recommending this gorgeous spot to you all.

We stayed at Cristina's place for a week with my husband and our two young children. What can I say? Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, inside and out. Internally, everything is chosen with great care, well-furnished and everything is very clean, so that it makes it so welcoming that we feel like we were at home. The exterior is also really nice, from the terrace to the garden, we used it little but only because out of season, it would only be to come back to relive the house even in the summer. Cristina was fantastic, very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of tips and suggestions as well as pampered from every point of view while also giving our children a good experience. So I would say that everything was really perfect, to be sure to repeat.

Our arrival in Gaifana was like an affectionate hug from a friend who was looking forward to seeing Antonella's mother, very sweet and caring only like a grandmother knows how to do... pampered us, as grandchildren, she refreshed us and offered a coffee after a long night trip with our children. We felt right at home. Despite a few small pool pops, soon resolved by Antonella and her partner, we stopped the week after August The house is functional and is very cool thanks to the very thick masonry. The bathroom is nothing short, unfortunately to optimize the space was reduced, wc and sink in a small room and shower in another, a pin remember the French baths without bidè. But everything passes on second floor when you arrive at Antonella's house, after a day spent between villages and excellences under the sun and turn off the warmth in total privacy in her pool. If you want to renovate the spirit and body is the perfect place.

Gorgeous place with a fab pool. Close to loads of lovely towns to explore. Great outdoor table for al fresco dining at night. Very authentic, rustic house but with everything you need and air conditioning in every room. We had two babies and Norma provided cots and high chairs.

farmhouse located in the countryside surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape. Easily accessible. We spent Christmas in 14 people, including 2 children. The accommodation is spacious , well divided, and beautiful. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. Beautiful chalet, very clean and quiet. Cristiana welcomed us in, and gave us excellent recommendations as well as local tips. We'll definitely come back again in the summertime.

Beautifully spacious house. Nicely decorated. Warm in winter due to heating and wood stove. Only the kitchen inventory still needs some attention😉. The area is beautiful and super quiet. Lovely terraces. And many interesting excursions in the area possible. Great to walk to the high town (over half an hour).

This is a wonderful house, and would be even better in the summer to use the pool. Riccardo is an excellent host and great guide. Would stay here again, and again, and again.

If you're looking for a place to relax at Reilly's, you've definitely found it. You have a fantastic view over the valley and tranquility if you are looking for it. A house with all the comforts you need to spend carefree days. Good food can definitely be found in Montefalco and good wine and excellent olive oil. We were completely satisfied and carefree happy
