Beautiful and modern house, in a very peaceful area with very few neighbors. Light enters the spacious living room from sunrise as it is facing the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The development is located on the outskirts of town and you can breathe an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and the highway, 10 min to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 min. from the coast and 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada. 10 min. to Nevada Mall and PTS.

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. 2 rooms: a 4 persons bedroom with individual beds, which can be put together on request. This room has a en suite bathroom. The other room has a double bed. Another bathroom in the hall. Two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete the interior part. Outside you can relax in a very nice garden with terrace and private salted swimming pool (less than 10% of salt compared with sea water and no chemicals).
