Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Pretty picturesque house on the heights of the city with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, located in a typical and charming Italian neighborhood and also on the edge of nature. It is also very well located for visiting the Maggiore and Orta Lakes. The house is certainly old but has all modern comforts. This place is reserved for people in good physical shape sinceafter climbing a small slope to get there, there are still steps to climb!!! Cristina is very helpful, good advice and responsive. This is an address that we highly recommend.

The house we rented in Italy was clean and in an excellent location for excursions. It provided easy access to various attractions, making it ideal for day trips. We all felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of cleanliness and convenience contributed to a pleasant experience for everyone.

Enrica's place is the best I've stayed for this trip. The kitchen was fully equipt, as was the bathroom. Both of these were in pristine condition; very clean and organised. I particularly loved the little touches i.e, paintings by Enrica and cute items, which were strategically place in the apartment. Enrica communicated clearly a day before check-in to ensure that I knew how to get into the house. Enrica and family are very hospitable people and made sure I felt at home. I recommend Enrica's place to everyone, without doubt.

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

As someone interested in art and history, this is the perfect location - everything you'll want to see is walkable. There's loads of little shops and restaurants around, and a grocery store around the corner. Plus, there's a taxi stand right on the corner so if you've got a big bag and need to get to the train station, it's right there. It's a bit of a faff to get inside: you must pass through 5 doors to get inside the flat. Some are codes, but most are keys, and the last two you must lock from the inside after you've opened it and entered, so it's a lot if you've got your hands full. But that is the only nit to pick with this place. The bathroom is gorgeous, tons of hot water. The kitchen is tiny, so just stay for a couple days and make tea/coffee or have wine and keep cheese in the fridge. But the bed, pillows, light, and rich furnishings make this a stylish and comfortable spot in Milan.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Our stay at Sveva’s place was fantastic. She was always responsive, the loft was as described and she was very helpful with local recommendations. Its location is perfect to be able to walk in all directions but specifically to the lake (10-20 minutes depending on pace). It was very clean, upgraded and modern and would highly recommend.

Laura is one of the most friendly and responsive owners on Airbnb. The apartment was so cute cozy, clean and the area was in walkable distance to all the main attractions. I will definitely come back to Laura’s place when I’ll come to Milano! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

Our stay at Cindy & Joe's apartment was absolutely perfect! From the first contact to the departure, everything worked out wonderfully, and we felt completely comfortable. Cindy and Joe are very warm and thoughtful hosts who go above and beyond to make their guests have a great stay. Requests were always answered extremely quickly and kindly, so we felt well taken care of at all times. We were very nicely received by Cindy personally and felt welcome right away. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. You can tell that Cindy and Joe are hosts with a lot of love and commitment. A great apartment, spacious and very clean. Fantastic comfy beds, great kitchen space. Super responsive host answered any questions really quickly and so helpful before and our stay. The apartment is located in a great area, easy walk to city centre and the playground for the children and also free parking around the house. There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet. We had a great time at Mario's place. The apartment was great for our family (2 adults 2 children and 1 baby) Check-in with the lockbox (as we were arriving very late) was very convenient. We were able to meet Mario the next morning. He explained how the shuttles work on the lake. He gave us good places to eat/shop and/or order for delivery in the evening. Mario is a very available and accommodating host. The apartment is true to the listing and very clean. We highly recommend Mario and his apartment!
