The house is in a place on the top of a hill with a beautiful landscape. The owners of the place live in a house next door and are very kind, like to talk, and we were able to follow some of the routine of care for crops and animals. The house has everything in the listing working well. I stayed practically all the time of the stay in the house, eating meals and working with internet signal. It is essential to use repellent to stay on the outside. Attention is needed with young children, due to the proximity to water, the limits of the site with the hill. The owners' dog is very friendly. Depending on the destinations, there are two routes to get out and arrive by car, both with a piece on the road floor, all within the expected for an inland location.

eder and family are special people, always concerned if we were well hosted and well attended. our stay had a super assistance from the hosts who left us at will and were always ready to meet us in whatever demands we had, it is not by chance that we decided to stay a while longer extending our stay at Grandma's house. Alexandre is a fantastic host. He allowed us to store our things while the airbnb was being prepped for our stay. Our bus to Cambará was late in the afternoon and he allowed us to stay at the airbnb until it was time for our departure. The Airbnb is as described. The water in the shower is extremely warm, perfect for cold days. The house is very spacious and free of clutter. The lake in front of the house is a plus. Walking around the lake is a wonderful way to start the day or end it. The neighborhood is very safe. I highly recommend staying at Alexandre’s place.

The house is perfect, exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, right in the center and you can do everything on foot. It was well equipped. The condominium is quiet, it was possible to enjoy a lot, we even took our dog for the trip. The Host, Rejane, always very attentive, gave us several tips on tours and also guidelines on the house. Sure, I recommend it.

The house is exactly like in the pictures, it is in a super safe and very beautiful condominium. I spent incredible days with my family, where the house served perfectly. Vera was very kind and was at our disposal for any demand. It would definitely return, a beautiful place and very well located.

The stay was great! We went in 8 people (4 couples) and the place perfectly met our expectations, having 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The host was extremely helpful and nice. In addition, the house is extremely well equipped, having all the basic items in sufficient numbers for our group. Towels and bedding were very smelling and also the well-organized environment. The experience was amazing!

One of the most cozy places we have already stayed, undoubtedly a highlight in the city of Gramado. The landlord and the neighborhood were great with us, we left the lawn extremely grateful for the experience and recommend it to everyone!

Excellent apartment, with all the necessary utensils, very well furnished, everything well maintained, heating system in all rooms, excellent showers. The location is perfect, very central, with easy walking distance. As a suggestion of improvements only the face and bath towels that were badly worn and after 3 days of use had a very bad smell. At the most I highly recommend the accommodation, great option in Gramado.

We stayed in 5 people staying at Rosa's house, a very kind and attentive person, a fantastic and quiet place, the house is wonderful, very cozy, smelling bedding, all organized, kitchen complete with many utensils, in the back patio has an amazing place of a very beautiful nature. The pool is a spectacle, a shame that we could not use because it was cold. We love staying for 4 days at Dona Rosa's house, we'll come back. Thank you for everything.

The stay at Carla's place was perfect. The house is super well located. Near downtown São Chico, but looks isolated by the surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It was clean. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures: breathtaking. The land is all surrounded and I think my dog has never been happier than there. A giant courtyard with mowed grass:) Luana, the homemade, received us. It is a person's sweet, super helpful and nice. I highly recommend the accommodation, I would come back more often.

Guilherme welcomed us very well and was considerate during our stay. Anytime we need, he answered us, and vice versa. The place is exactly like in the pictures: A simple country house, which I imagine is great to cook in the winter for the family. A shed to make a nice barbecue with friends. A beautiful countryside to enjoy the interior and proximity of a waterfall. Even with rain in one day, everything went well (no leaks or nothing).
