The Xaxim Rancho, and Ana's house is a perfect place to rest and enjoy the Gramado ballad at the same time. Very close to everything. The house looks like a doll. It's all very richly decorated with nothing to be desired. We left with the desire to stay. We'll be right back

Each clean and pleasant, host always willing and quickly answered our questions. great location close to the cathedral, as well as being well private how a good cottage should be! The only point to be considered are the pillows that are a bit hard for me, but each one has its preference. 😅 no doubt we will return, especially with the arrival of winter!!

Everything was great! Cozy place, perfect for two people. It is close to the center and very close to the black lake, place is also super quiet and safe. we love and recommend!!

Comply with what you promised. Flexible check-in time. Chalet with large outdoor space and ideal for those who have a dog. Very clean chalet with all utensils sanitized and individually packed (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, etc.). Medium-sized dog accept. Hosts were helpful in assisting us and gave tips from nearby restaurants and markets. Very nice stay and we recommend.

Beautiful and extremely pleasant place! The house is simple but very charming and organized, with everything you need to spend a few days. The place is a paradisiacal place amidst a lot of nature, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. My family loved it and it will certainly be our first option when we return to Gramado!

The cottage is a grace, the space is amazing and very beautiful. It has a fireplace and other amenities. The internet works very well, it has streaming available . The whole experience was very enjoyable. Adriana and Ademir are great hosts, you can order from the family kiosk and they will take them to the chalet. The outside area is very pleasant, the space is all surrounded and it is possible to bring a dog with peace of mind. I highly recommend it to those who want a rest period.

We love the cottage! When I opened the door, I was surprised by a wonderful smell in the room. Everything impeccable, from the bed linens to breakfast. Comfortable bed, soft sheets and pillowcases, fragrant bedding. Great shower, including hot water in all the chalet's faucets. Cozy and tasteful decor. Breakfast was well served. Lots of nature, little animals and lots of beautiful water holes on the property. Easy access to the location, and super smooth check-in and check-out. We were treated super well by Sandra, who was the one who welcomed us. We loved everything, and for sure, we'll be back!

wonderful place for those who need to rest, is next to the waterfall with a stream that passes by the house . Jorge was very attentive and flexible with the time of entry and exit . The house is close to everything pharmacy, market , restaurant and church for those who like to go to Mass . Our stay was note 10 I highly recommend this place .

An enchanting cabin facing the lake are Bernardo. There was no way to be better located, every tourist part is on the outskirts of the house (and includes the house for its charm). We love our stay and Cleide was always willing in her messages and ready to make us feel at home, a sweetheart. I definitely indicate the house and I will stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at at Ademir and Ariane's place. The place is very beautiful and surrounded by nature. Hosts were always available for any needs we had during our stay. We recommend it 100%!

It was beyond my expectations, a quiet stay, full of surprises that the place provided. Nature revealing itself more and more, it was like that beautiful painted picture, full of details and colors, a peace, a tranquility, the silence where you could hear the sound of the waters of the nearby creek at night, next to your bed, sleeping with the balcony window open where the almost icy air for the summer entered our room and contemplating the stars where in the middle of the woods they seemed brighter. A blessed place where you find yourself and your thoughts, where 4 days seem like a lifetime and then the sadness of leaving that place and thinking about returning to a different world after the chaos of pollution and the heat and noise of vehicles. Whoever can, go to this encounter with nature where it doesn't take much to be happy, where the inn will make you feel renewed and make you change your habits and customs a little and make you happy.
