We were visiting family and this was the perfect little place to stay for the weekend, very clean and well equipped. The village is lovely with lists of places to eat and pubs.

The place was ideally placed for our needs and a family trip. The property is clean and comfortable, with just those few little items that make it welcoming (milk, coffee, crumpets etc). Liz welcomed us on arrival and then allowed us to navigate the two days without any interference. Recommend Liz and her property wholeheartedly. Thank you, David.

I liked the game cupboard and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. A 18 minute walk at fast speed to the bay front. I wasn't clear whether I needed to put any bins out.

Me & my family had a wonderful couple of days here. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable plenty of games to play with the kids & being able to see the animals in the field was an added bonus the kids loved that. They're was plenty of restaurants close by & blackpool was only a 10min drive away. Would highly recommend this place & we will definitely be back.

We thought that David's place was really nice, with a touch of style and class. The property is situated in a very nice part of Lytham, and is ideally located for access to the town and all the restaurants and shops that the area has to offer. If walking along the seafront is your thing, then you've cracked it, because it's only a stone's throw away. Blackpool is easy to get to and is a quick drive up the coast. The allocated parking space is very convenient and solves any parking issues around the front. The accommodation itself is very spacious, very clean and well organised. Everything you need in the kitchen is there and there's a TV in the lounge, and both bedrooms. The bathroom is also clean and tidy. We visited in mid November, so heating was important. No problem there, it's easy to use, very efficient and heats up pretty quickly. if we were visiting the area again, we wouldn't hesitate in asking David if he has a vacancy.

Hermitage Estate was a page out of a book. We had a wonderful stay at Hermitage Cottage in Lancaster! The property is charming, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with all the comforts you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is well stocked and maintained. Comfy beds which gave us a peaceful sleep, spotless bathrooms and a picturesque living space. Our highlight of the trip was the jacuzzi. The location is peaceful yet convenient for exploring Lancaster and the surrounding area. You’re essentially on a private island yet all grocery shops and restaurants within an arms reach. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable retreat! My wife and I had the best anniversary getaway ever. Thank you Jerry, we will certainly be back!
