Situated in absolute serenity, the house offers a stunning view of the lake, the mountains on the east bank, and the village of Traunkirchen. There will be no other guests or landlord during your period of stay. The city center and the lake are about 8 minutes walking distance from the house on a steep walking trail. NO ROAD ACCESS TO THE HOUSE!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Losenbauerhütte is located at an altitude of 1,650 m, in the middle of the beautiful Tauplitzalm, the largest lake plateau in Central Europe. It originally dates back to 1503 and was completely renovated with much love in 2008. It is luxuriously equipped: gas central heating, underfloor heating on the first floor, sauna, very cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with tiled stove, 2 large bedrooms with open fireplace and a large terrace.

The apartment is on Lake Mattsee and with bus line 120 it takes about 40 minutes to Salzburg. By car, it's about 25 minutes /19 km You'll love my place because of the direct view of the Mattsee and the castle/village behind it, the direct lake access and the quiet location. Therefore, we recommend booking at least five nights in this beautiful area. Apartment on two floors with south-facing balcony, 2 bedrooms and a large covered terrace.
