Trangs place has been ideal for my requirements in Hanoi. Having spent a few nights in the old quarter I needed to catch up on some work and the West Lakes are an ideal location to escape the hustle and bustle. The area is clean and safe and commutable back to the centre with ease by taxi if needed. There is a big ”Winmart” supermarket around a 15-20 walk along the lake. There are plenty of local cuisine and coffee shops tucked away in side streets if you want to explore. The apartment itself has everything I needed with modern appliances for cooking and laundry. WiFi was fast, and the TV had Netflix. The view is nice from the balcony. Trang herself is super caring and responds instantly. Check in is easy. Directions clear. Thanks 🙏

Fabulous views. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening, which made it difficult for the taxi driver to find the location. The host was quick to help out and guide the driver by phone.

The host was very responsive to all our needs during the month we stayed. Despite very disturbing construction noises, but which were not her responsibility, she did everything to ensure we had a good stay. The appartment was perfectly clean and pleasant, we highly recommend.

I wanted to stay close to the city and this was the perfect location. Since it’s located in an alleyway you really barely hear any noise from all the traffic. Check-in was super easy and Kim’s hospitality was excellent - very friendly, proactive and she always made sure everything was good. The apartment looked just like the pictures! Clean, comfortable and overall just perfect. Lots of stores, bars and cafes around and everything is just walking distance. If I ever need a place in Hanoi again I will 100% be coming back to this place. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, Kim!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

It was nice to be able to walk to the main attractions. It was a little hard to open the door, but the rest was fine.

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We really appreciate what Nam and his team has done, they were super responsive and really helpful. When we arrived, it was early in the morning, we requested to early check in but unfortunately somebody still using it, but somehow they did managed to lend their other property for us to store our luggage and rest. I was super grateful and really appreciate of what they did. The check in process was easy and smooth. This property is quite a walk from old quarter area, but i love it because its quite and close to french quarter, opera house, and hoan kiem lake (this place is next to US embassy building). rooms were clean and nice as posted in their picture. bathroom also clean and has hot water all day. kitchen area equipped with decent facility and have micro and fridge. Love this place and really recommend it for traveler to stay (PS: no elevator, if you travel with elder please reconsider since its 5 floor building)

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.

The Apartment is fine. The neighborhood is entertaining and includes some great restaurants (El Gaucho was outstanding and Happy hour at the Metropole was a blast). However, Hanoi is vastly over-rated. Crowded, loud, dirty, and very unhealthy air. Use Grab for Taxis.

The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The view is beautiful, and the rooms are bright and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were reliable and went smoothly without any issues. The host was friendly and provided good support. Would happily stay here again – 5 stars.

I’ve been traveling around Vietnam now for 23 days. Decided to visit Hanoi. The city centre is as expected crazy busy. Ocean Park is the opposite. Though lots of other large apartments blocks, it’s surprisingly quiet. Only a mile away the big shopping mall is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. There is a beautiful man made lake surrounded by golden sand. An oasis in the middle of all the concrete. Very easy to move around with cheap Grab taxis. Can thoroughly recommend Meyong Gyun as a great host. Very helpful, very pleasant and extremely communative, a very easy 5 star host.

Seriously: This flat was definitely the highlight of our trip! As a small family, we finally found the peace and quiet we were looking for – far away from the noise and traffic that can often be stressful. The surroundings in Ecopark are green, idyllic, and perfect for families: playgrounds right outside the door, everything well-maintained, and simply a place to relax and unwind. The apartment itself is just as beautiful as in the pictures – amazing views, thoughtfully furnished and a damn sauna cabin that you can use for free. And then there’s the service: absolutely incredible! Any help we needed was provided within minutes – truly unparalleled. If you’re looking for a place to slow down and recharge, whether alone or with family, this is the perfect spot. We can only highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
