The place is very nice and a little off the beaten path. This makes it very quiet, but with all the excursions.

The house is very quietly located in a small village with good access to the next larger places. Parking and the outdoor facilities are top and well maintained. Ideal for a stay with a dog and there was even a bowl + a small welcome snack for him. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax for a few days. Communication with the hosts was relaxed, nimble, and accommodating. Thank you so much! We would come back anytime.

We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Beautiful and quiet house with large garden incl. small lake - plenty of space for leisure activities. Due to the open construction of the house and the wooden floorboards on the upper floor, however, noises in the house are very well perceptible. Everything in the village is within walking distance.

The stay in Dirk's cottage was very nice! Everything was as described and worked out great. Thanks again for your tips! We will definitely come back.

It was best to sit on the terrace in front of the cottage and look into the wonderful garden. We had a great time and we didn't miss anything. There is no Wi-Fi, but if you absolutely need internet, the 4G reception is fine. But the location is just great close to the castle park, quiet and yet everything is close. We had a very good time in the Helge cottage. The house is super cozy, very well equipped and was very clean.

We had a perfect holiday here with our small dog. The property was completely fenced, which is of course very important with a dog. The private garden was already very large. In addition, there was a huge communal garden. Also, we had a beautiful view of the lake. A dream. Despite this quiet location in the middle of nature, you were in Binz within a few minutes. And had all the possibilities here. All other places were also easily accessible. However, you should not do without a car in this situation. The amenities of the house were really great. Absolutely nothing was missing from the kitchen. The house is very cozily furnished and we felt very comfortable here. The contact with the host was always very nice and you got a very quick response. So I can only give around five stars. We hope to come back soon.😊

Everything was as described. The check in was smooth with key box. We were even able to get in a little early by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We were actually just missing the toaster in the kitchen, and the bed was too hard for me and my wife. We will be happy to come back. We had a nice time.

super spacious accommodation, everything well maintained and tidy. Maybe a lot of KrimsKrams but also that was not kitschy but suitable for the Baltic Sea vacation. The saunas and the sports room were well equipped and the massage chairs total highlights, no 08/15 armchairs. Outside small playground, horses in the immediate vicinity. Quiet location but everything is easily and quickly accessible. We felt very comfortable!

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

The place is great for a group of friends and children. The pool was of course the highlight for the kids. The kitchen is super equipped. The location is right on the road, so small walks are difficult, but you can do a lot by car. Thomas was a great host and always available. There is nothing to complain about.

Excellent apartment near the beach in Swinemünde. Amenities excellent, all exactly as described. Communication with the host/agency at all times and straightforward. Unqualified recommendation and happy to come back!

The house is pretty and the location is excellent. the beach is just 2 min walk from house and the balcony gives view of beautiful sunrise over the beach. Our stay was comfortable. and we loved every bit of our stay

We really enjoyed the holiday in the Koldevitz manor house. We especially enjoyed the large very well-kept apartment, the great outdoor area with the large pool and the very likeable hosts. We will definitely come back again

I highly recommend the accommodation, you are on your own and have a large very nice outdoor area. The houses are very well-equipped and lovingly furnished. We were warmly welcomed by Nico and were always in contact with him. We were very comfortable and were able to enjoy the holiday very much. By car, you can get to the great Baltic Sea resorts very quickly.

We felt very comfortable with our pug with Eric. The area is very quiet, beautiful and more than exceeded our expectations. There is nothing to complain about and we will be happy to visit Mönkebude again and with anticipation.

We felt very comfortable. The balcony offered peace and quiet despite the central location (public transport on the doorstep), but also views of tourists of all kinds. The size of the apartment was surprisingly positive with a large ceiling height, which gave a nice sense of space. Highly recommended!

Very nice townhouse! Very cozily furnished, everything still new and in very good condition. It's really small, but great for two (we were there with a baby and dog and that was a good fit!). You are quickly by the sea and right in nature... Greifswald 20 minutes away by car. We would come back!

We give 10 stars!! After a car breakdown and late arrival , the landlord surprised us with a dinner. He is very warm and helpful . I'd love to come back The bungalow has a great location, short distance into town, towards the beach or in the forest . It was clean and we didn't miss anything Best regards, ❤️
