This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.

Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
