We stayed here as we had an early flight from Manchester Airport. Its a lovely place nice and cosy. Plenty of off road parking space. ideal for a Only a few minutes walk from the village centre which is really nice and quaint. There are plenty of places to eat. If we fly from Manchester again or need to be in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Carol was the perfect host! Communication was first class and there was a lovely warm greeting when we arrived. The barn is so full of character and charm. You need good mobility for the spiral staircase but the delightful bedroom is worth the climb! Location is well positioned for so many great places to visit. Local restaurants didn’t disappoint and quaint Knutsford is well worth a visit. We have had a fabulous stay and would fully recommend! Thank you Carol 😊

Perfect location for an overnight stay for a friend's 60th birthday celebration just round the corner in Reddish. Spotlessly clean and well equipped AirBnB. Highly recommended. We would not hesitate to stay with Ruth again.

Sweet, homely little house, very private with easy parking. Clean and tidy. Warm and cozy in December. It was easy to book last minute and good value for money. Will book again when visiting family.

Absolutely lovely stay, the hosts were so accommodating and there’s everything you could need for a stay. Bed was extremely comfortable had the best nights sleep! Would definitely come again as the area is perfect and so convenient with what’s around it!

Had a lovely stay at Steve and Jan’s place - they are both so friendly and welcoming. Great location and only short walk to high street in Didsbury with lots of cafes and shops. Good communication too - Steven was always very quick to respond to messages and very helpful! Thank you 😊

We had a lovely little family staycation to celebrate my partners 30th. From the start of the booking process right through to checking out Kate could not have been more friendly and helpful, from offering assistance with the icy roads to lending us a sledge to use to make the most of the snow, nothing was to much trouble! The accommodation was clean and cozy, had all amenities you could ever need and was topped off with beautiful views (which can also be enjoyed from the lovely hot tub!). Location wise, it’s the best of both worlds as you’re in a very tranquil location but only a short trip to the city. Overall, we can not recommend this place enough. If you reading this and considering booking, just do it!

The stay was amazing , the place is beautiful and very well taken care of . Georgia is also extremely helpful and would answer any questions we had or if we needed anything she was always available. The only thing we struggled with is figuring out the heating . Other than that we will definitely be back .

John and Katie have made an extremely comfortable air bnb with decor, cleanliness, amenities, beds and linen, all to a very high standard. Lovely touches of hospitality, snacks, milk, juice and breakfast oats, coupled with great heating, made it all so welcoming. A real gem in the heart of Eccles!

Very clean and spacious self-contained apartment, helpfully in the middle of Poynton near restaurants. Great to have the double bed and sofa bed. The under floor heating was warm and much appreciated in January. Tea and coffee was provided as listed and even a loaf of bread, jam and milk. A lovely stay!

Such a lovely stay. Beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed, would highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time we are looking for somewhere in the area. Also 10/10 comfiest bed I have slept in

Although we only stayed for one night it was a very pleasant stay. property was very clean and had everything we needed. Would have happily stayed longer. It was very homely and the off road parking was great. I would recommend this Annexe to anyone.
