The appartment is in a perfect location in the center of Liverpool, it was clean and cozy and felt like home! Tricia was a great host,gave us very clear instructions and very helpful with everything!! Definitely booking again in the future.

can't fault this apartment or the host Daniel at all. I had to make a few changes to the booking a few times the last chance been the night before I was due to arrive and Daniel was brilliant with everything, he was getting a glowing review before we arrived to the apartment purely based on how helpful and understang he was. as for the apartment, it was exactly as described very well presented, all the bedrooms are really good sizes and living space and kitchen were perfect. will definitely be staying again on my next visit

Great stay at Holland House, the room was warm and cosy even in the most blustery storm! Clean, good location and dog friendly. Good communication from Gaye and Roger, we would stay here again.

Michael was an expectionally helpful and responsive host. Even before we arrived he communicated clearly and set up the properly for our kids (put out a cot and box of toys). The flat was easy to find with his instructions and was warm when we walked in the door. We felt right at home. I was pristine and had all the comforts we expected. He check up on us throughout the stay and even during checkout. Great host, welcoming property and great price. We look forward to staying again!

I stayed at Danielle's place with 3 friends as we were in Liverpool for an important exam as part of our medical qualifications. The flat is in a beautiful area, great parking (if not directly outside then a few spots down). We had slight difficultly finding the flat as we arrived in the dark, however once inside we were all pleasantly surprised with the air bnb. I picked here for a comfortable night sleep and a quiet location, which we got both of. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom is gorgeous and looks newly fitted. Post exam we were able to get to areas of Liverpool very easily, both walking and via car. It was the perfect location for what we needed. Thank you!

Great location, quick response and easy to follow instructions from host

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer! Anna was very helpful when I asked about parking and check in, very responsive to my messages. The apartment building felt secure and was peacefully quiet. The apartment was clean and tidy, extremely well looked after. Both bedrooms are spacious, one with an en-suite. The main bathroom was also spacious and clean. The kitchen and living room area was spotless with everything you need for an overnight stay. Overall, a lovely, spacious, well maintained property. Anna even left us some welcome snacks which was a lovely touch, thank you!

Allan was a fantastic host. Flat was tidy, comfortable, and had ample space for our family of 4. Close to food, transportation, and shops. We have a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

10 of us stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Justin was incredibly responsive, answering all queries prior to arrival. The venue was perfect! Great sized bedrooms and communal areas for us to enjoy. Very close to great nightlife and the train station too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a city-centre venue for a large group. Only niggle was the mattresses have seen better days. Cheap and you can feel the springs (so not the most comfortable to sleep on). Otherwise, brilliant!

This was my first airbnb. It was a welcome change from a hotel room and so great to have a home from home with space, peace and home comforts while visiting family a few towns away. The house is exactly like the photos. Matthew was very responsive to questions and I had no problems or complaints. As a solo traveller keen to self-cater, I could perhaps have done with a smaller saucepan to use (there were just two large ones), but for bigger groups the kitchen would be fine. I found the bed a bit firm, but that's personal preference. It was a lovely place to stay and is surrounded by history. It is also quite a peaceful place. I'd recommend this airbnb.

Catherine’s lovely house is now our home from home for our annual family get together and we always love going back to stay at this beautiful house. It’s so spacious and clean. Catherine is amazing at communicating and flexible. Thank you so much as always. We hope to be back again next year!

Julio and his team were great with communication. We asked for an early arrival and knew we would be leaving early the next day. On arrival everything was like the photos. Although we needed to go along the road for bread and milk as this wasn’t provided like it said. We couldn’t find a hair dryer either but one of the group had one. Knowing how close the food shop is this wasn’t a problem just disappointing. We are grateful for the early access though so Thank you.

I cannot recommend this place enough, lovely clean, big house, with everything you could want during your stay and also has a pretty garden with furniture. April was super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Its only a short walk to the train station and local shops. My family had a great weekend and the house beat my expectations. If i have another occasion to be in the area i would love to book the home again.

Great place to stay especially, perfect for conference centre which is a 5 minute walk. Comfortable beds and an enjoyable stay. Will be coming back next year.

Jason and Jen were perfect hosts. Their flat is in an ideal location for seeing all that Liverpool has to offer. We really appreciated the personal welcome and help settling in, and also the very generous supplies provided for our stay. The flat had everything we needed and was a great space for our family to enjoy our time in a wonderful city.

We stayed in this lovely apartment over the Christmas holiday period. It was exactly as we had hoped. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to Sefton Park and Lark Lane. The apartment had a high level of security and we felt comfortable that our car was in a safe place. The photos of the apartment are very accurate. The main bedroom is very spacious and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. We found the bed very comfortable. The second bedroom is smaller and uses the main bathroom. The living area has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinner and there was plenty of space. Everything was very clean and warm. The apartment is clearly used and loved by the owners, it has many personal touches which makes it feel very homely. The owners had very kindly decorated the apartment with a lovely Christmas tree, which we really enjoyed. They also left us some lovely goodies. They were very helpful and accommodating regarding flexibility of check in and out.

It was a great place for what we needed, as we travelled for work. It was small, but we were only there for the night.

This is a great apartment. It is spacious, secure and private with all the amenities you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. An added bonus (though we didn’t use it as our van is too tall) is the secure off road parking space. It is also really well located. Thank you!

This was the second time staying at Chris apartment and again it didn’t disappoint. We had a fantastic time, Chris was very helpful in anything we needed to know. I can’t fault anything, the apartment was spotless clean and we will definitely be back to visit again in the future.
