Very cozy accommodation tastefully decorated with a garden in perfect condition. Weak spots: horseback parking on the sidewalk in front of not very convenient or secure. Steep floor access staircase especially since the unique toilets are located on the ground floor. Highlights: cleanliness, bathroom with washer and dryer, quality of communication with the owner very responsive. Recommended

Perfect place, we were 4 adults and a baby, we could even have been an extra adult without a problem. The accommodation is spacious, the bedrooms well separated. The bathroom is large. Everything is well laid out, equipped and very clean. Very easy access and efficient communication before arrival. Nothing to say, perfect stay and very good value for money.

Gauthier's house is very nice ,spacious ,bright ,quiet , tastefully decorated. Plenty of storage and comfortable bedding. The municipality of Lonvignie is close to Soignies or the train station leads to central Brussels in 30 minutes . We had an excellent stay in our stay .

We had a nice stay with the family at Joséphine's house. Joséphine took care to make sure we had all the comforts we could and remained available for us throughout the stay. Shopping and pharmacy within walking distance.

The apartment is in a very good location, in old Lille. Very quiet. It's small but everything is there. This is a real Airbnb, do not wait for a Scandinavian furnished apartment with the bare necessities, reserved for rental. Anne-Marie's is warm and comfortable. Nice stay! The apartment is a nice mix of industrial, vintage and cheerful colors. Kitchen, toilet and bathroom are brand new and were clean. The private parking is spacious. For the tall people among us: if you are taller than 1.75m, you have to duck a little in the bedroom, but this was not disturbing otherwise. All in all recommended!

Excellent welcome. Christian is very friendly and attentive. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. It is well located and very quiet. We'll probably go back. Great experience.

Great apartment well furnished and equipped. Warm and comfortable. A short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. Parking was easy ample room for our Ford Tourneo Van . Drive in and reverse out. We would stay again and recommend this property and host.

The listing is the same as the photos and description. Corinne is very responsive and gave me accurate information about the shops and other amenities located in the neighborhood, it was very helpful. The listing is located on a quiet street, but very close to the Place des Heroes and Grand Place, so the positioning is very central. The Rue aux Ours and Les Trois Fages, right next to the property, also offer many shops and restaurants. The stay was very nice.

We had a great time with Hugo who welcomed us with a smile and explained the guidelines (that it's nice to have an in-person welcome!) The accommodation is bright, clean, well-equipped, quiet and even bigger than in the photos. We very much appreciated the essential parking in Lille and the location of the apartment which is ideal, close to the center but away from the lively streets. Anyway, very good experience, we'll be back, for sure!
