A really perfect stay at Isabelle and Bertrand's. We arrived a little later than planned and they welcomed us warmly. Isabelle gave us a tour of the room. The breakfast was really the pinnacle of the stay. The small basket had everything we needed and everything was delicious. Isabelle was very responsive by message to the questions we had. The view from the bedroom was great and it's a really quiet corner. In short, I highly recommend this place and if we return to the area one day, we will not hesitate to return here. Once again, thank you for everything:)

Stayed one night. Easy check-in. Plenty of advice with regards getting to and from Ypres for the Last Post. A lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Perfect, one of our best (if not the best) Airbnb experience. Character accommodation (renovated farmhouse) and offering ultra-practical spaces especially for cyclists who came with their equipment. Absolute calm, greenery, peaceful street. Sylvie was attentive and considerate while fully trusting us with the management of the premises.

We spent one night at Sabine's with a 3-year-old and a baby, everything was great. You can park on the property, the room is spacious and there are toys for children, the bathroom is functional, Breakfast served by the hosts was well provided, My husband and son enjoyed the pool, in the evening when we arrived, and in the morning. We loved our time at Géraud and Elisabeth's place. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures, the breakfast is delicious with delicious local products. We were there from Monday to Thursday and have relaxed wonderfully. Soon we had our own routine with a small walk in the yard in the morning and evening. Our timing was perfect, spring shows and with it also the forest hyacinths that conjure everything purple, also in the nearby park where you can take a wonderful walk. In the evening, take a bath or read a book by the fireplace. We felt completely at home and enjoyed the company!

Joseline provided a very enjoyable place for our B & B stay. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very easy to walk into the city centre, but also peaceful when you needed a break. An excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

This is a very cozy hotel, you can also feel the historic things, i loved the storytelling that Niels gave us. We stayed only one night, but everything went very well, it is really close to Gand, amazing city that impressed us for life. Thank you Niels and hope seeing you again;)

Beautiful guest room in a cozy farmhouse. Dear host. And a delicious breakfast. Very nice bed. The surroundings definitely seem beautiful to me too. But for me, it was only an overnight stay in transit. And get away from the highway.

We had a great night at Niels' place. The atmosphere of the hotel and room really plunged us into the 1900s. The bathroom was huge (special mention for the bathtub👍) Only small downside, I don't know if it's our room or if it's the same in all the rooms but we had a crow's nest at our room and at 6:30 in the morning they made a lot of noise. Otherwise, breakfast was very good with sweet and savory. I recommend Niels for his kindness and responsiveness ✨

We had a lovely stay during the Tour of Flanders. A good base to drive the round yourself and to look around the next day. The hosts were very very welcoming and friendly. In addition, they knew to refer us to a friendly restaurant with possibly the best steak we ever had. Absolutely recommended.
