Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Totnes

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Really amazing and unique place to stay in this 70’s hideaway on the edge of Dartmouth. Once you catch you breath after the 100 steps to the front door, you will be rewarded with a really quirky and stylish house hidden in the trees, but with tantalising views of the River Dart. It was so quiet at night and it’s only a 20 minute walk into the town that you really have the best of both worlds. Perfect for a couple or young family. The garage at the bottom was fine for our little polo but you might struggle to get anything bigger in it but there was space on the street if needed. We loved the place and will be back!

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

Lovely property in a great location near to pier, beach and harbour. Stuart was a great host right from the time of booking he was checking what we liked to do and provided lots of useful recommendations. Really accommodating and flexible on check in and check out too

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Really lovely place to stay for 8 people. Very spacious, had everything you needed. Shame we didn’t use the outdoor space as we were busy but great place to stay for a group of people!

Stunningly beautiful spot, right on the beach. Like being in a ship when the tide is in! Everything about the apartment is beautiful. Very comfy beds, lovely linen and towels. Kitchen has literally everything you could want and more! Very much appreciated the eco products and good recycling practice on site. Chris and Tanya were both very good at communicating. We will definitely return asap.

I booked the Garden Flat for a long stay of 3 weeks and it was perfect! It suited all my needs, I was able to cook and clean with the amenities available. The hosts were very responsive and flexible: providing me with extra bedding, allowing me to keep my luggage past checkout until my departure. They also communicated frequently, keeping me in the loop during their renovations of the home above to avoid bothering me in the flat. They even kindly offered to give me a lift to the train station on my departure date. I can’t wait to see how they now renovate their Airbnb properties and I can’t recommend the garden flat more for a short or long stay in Exeter!

It is a lovely apartment in a really good location. We would happily stay there again . I can highly recommend

A modern beautifully furnished and well equipped ground floor apartment. A touch of luxury whilst visiting family in the local area. Sea view and hot tub - fabulous.

Absolutely loved our stay. The penthouse is fabulous, it’s better than the photos. Spotlessly clean & tidy. Easy to find, clear precise instructions. You don’t need to take anything except your own food everything else is all there for you. Stunning views Everything is within walking distance. Car ferry & passenger ferry 5 minute walk. Needed a break and that’s what we got. Had 2 fabulous meals (evening meal and Sunday roast) in the Steam Packet (down the road) and another in Kendrick’s in Dartmouth. Stunning views & we had the added bonus of a firework display from the Naval College across the river Dart (we were sitting on the sofa). We will be visiting again 100% recommend

We had a wonderful few days in Salcombe at Freya's beautiful apartment. The views from the windows were wonderful and the apartment itself was perfect. There is nothing that could be improved - we loved it and already hoping to return. Thank you Freya for making us so welcome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at Victoria’s apartment whilst we visited our son at University. Victoria sent us all of the information we needed beforehand which was helpful and reassuring. The apartment was so lovely. It was large, spotless, modern and we felt at home straight away. There was even a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us after the long journey. We left a few items behind in error and Victoria arranged to collect them and offered to post them back to us. We would definitely try to stay here again next time we visit Plymouth!

This is a lovely place with beautiful views over the Exe estuary and out to sea. The inside was smartly decorated and had everything that we needed. The dogs were very impressed with their goody package, and enjoyed the local walks! The apartment is extremely well located, with our own car parking space. We were spoiled for choice with three excellent restaurants, two good pubs and a cafe serving delicious breakfasts very close nearby. Laura and Mike were great hosts, who responded promptly to our messages. Highly recommended- we look forward to going back!

Really lovely apartment in a great location, a very short walk to the seafront/harbour and town. Lots of extras like a welcome pack, toiletries, books, DVDs and parking permit (needed and very appreciated, we were able to park close by all weekend). Clean and tidy throughout. Host gives plenty of information and also contacted us to check in early once the apartment was ready, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

I took my girls down to stay in Exmouth for the week, Roz's place was lovely and perfect for what we needed, close enough to walk into town and to get to the beach. Parking was scarce but a permit was provided for one of the close car parks. the apartment was fantastic inside, loads of space, big kitchen with lots of space to prep and cook. bedrooms were lovely and comfy beds. absolutely would love to stay again.

The apartment was excellent. It was very centrally located and parking was permitted with a pass not far from the apartment. It was very easy to contact Amber. I would definitely stay there again.

Just come back from 2 days away at Waves . It was lovely. Much bigger than the photos make it look . Immaculate in every way. Very clean and well presented. Loved the mince pies, cream and milk . Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Great location for the beach , town and train station. Would love to return in the summer.

Sarah’s place was lovely and peaceful. Sea views from the hot tub was absolutely idillic, and the whole place was spotless. Had a small issue with the heating and hot water, however this issue was sorted straight away. Very responsive host, friendly and helpful.

We stayed over Christmas and had the most wonderful time , a beautiful apartment in a perfect location, everything you could ask for was supplied and lots of extra treats for a really lovely added touch , will definitely look to re - visit Torquay again and would certainly stay with Martin and Diane again , 5 star accommodation without doubt , Thanks both and Happy new year 👍
