Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Totnes

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Really amazing and unique place to stay in this 70’s hideaway on the edge of Dartmouth. Once you catch you breath after the 100 steps to the front door, you will be rewarded with a really quirky and stylish house hidden in the trees, but with tantalising views of the River Dart. It was so quiet at night and it’s only a 20 minute walk into the town that you really have the best of both worlds. Perfect for a couple or young family. The garage at the bottom was fine for our little polo but you might struggle to get anything bigger in it but there was space on the street if needed. We loved the place and will be back!

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was fantastic. We loved the hi spec kitchen for the only meal we cooked whilst there. It was a home from home. Only being a brisk 5 min walk from the promenade was a bonus. Near to restaurants and shops too.

Wonderful stay, house is absolutely beautiful. Everything spotlessly clean and tidy. We loved the decor! We had 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs. There were stair gates upstairs which was fab for the dogs and 1 year old. Gary has been fab, quick at responding and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be returning.

I would highly recommend this property for larger groups. Great location, clean, spacious and modern. Communication was almost instantaneous and check in was via a box on site, so very easy! Car parking for at least 2 cars with on street parking for other within a minute or so walk, and having the Tesco nearby was convenient for fuel and anything else we needed during our stay. Would easily stay here again!

The property was a great place to say and very well maintained. We would definitely stay there again if every in the area. Daryl was an amazing host and very accommodating.

5 stars on everything! Firstly the hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Secondly the apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you might need and the view!!! The view looks amazing in the pictures but when you see it in real life, nothing compares. Dave that runs the reception/restaurant is worth his weight in gold and made my stay so much more pleasurable, again nothing was too much trouble! My children were being fussy eaters so he asked them what they would like to eat the next day and personally went to the shop to cater for them. I cannot recommend this Air BnB enough it will be one of your favourite experiences in life.

We had a lovely few days visiting family in Exeter. The flat was just right for access to family and Heavitree Park (via the back gate) where our little dog could run around. The flat is well equipped, spotlessly clean and a cosy retreat from the winter weather. Adrian & Lizzie were very communicative, helpful and clearly cared that we were happy will all aspects of the property; and we were. We will be recommending the property to others and expect to book again the next time we are in Exeter. Thank you Adrian and Lizzie for sharing your flat with us.

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views, are family loved sitting in the living area and looking out at the sea. Also sitting in bed in the morning drinking coffee looking out at the sea.

Absolutely loved our stay. The penthouse is fabulous, it’s better than the photos. Spotlessly clean & tidy. Easy to find, clear precise instructions. You don’t need to take anything except your own food everything else is all there for you. Stunning views Everything is within walking distance. Car ferry & passenger ferry 5 minute walk. Needed a break and that’s what we got. Had 2 fabulous meals (evening meal and Sunday roast) in the Steam Packet (down the road) and another in Kendrick’s in Dartmouth. Stunning views & we had the added bonus of a firework display from the Naval College across the river Dart (we were sitting on the sofa). We will be visiting again 100% recommend

Just what was need for a few days, cozy, peaceful, and convenient for my needs. Moira is a great host and super helpful.

What a lovely place to stay, 5 minutes from everywhere in the city centre, and the barbican. The flat was lovely, well appointed, and very clean, even better that the pictures. We had a fantastic break, and very relaxing stay. As I have family in Plymouth, I will be down again soon, and hope to stay again if available, thank you.

Fabulous position. Great little flat. Tremendous views and everything within easy walking distance. Perfect for our three night getaway. Cannot fault the owners instructions, communication and general cleanliness of the flat.

Really lovely apartment in a great location, a very short walk to the seafront/harbour and town. Lots of extras like a welcome pack, toiletries, books, DVDs and parking permit (needed and very appreciated, we were able to park close by all weekend). Clean and tidy throughout. Host gives plenty of information and also contacted us to check in early once the apartment was ready, couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment. Very much worth the price. It's furnished very well and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is a lot do do nearby and a very beautiful park.

Sarah’s place is a lovely little bolt hole in which to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside and coastline. The hot tub is perfect for chilling out whilst enjoying the sea view. Sarah is a lovely host who prepared the apartment beautifully and made us feel very welcome.

Martin and Diane were excellent hosts, from the moment we booked our stay, right through to after we had checked out! So friendly, helpful and great communication. They really went above and beyond in every aspect! Can’t wait to stay in their beautiful accommodation again!
