Our house is located a 6-minute walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line. Otsuka station is the station right next to Ikebukuro station, the large terminal station. There are many restaurants, ramen shops, discount stores, and clinics around Otsuka station, making it a very busy place. There are also many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants around the house, so you will have no trouble with your daily needs. The room is 27 ㎡ with 2 beds, making it the perfect size for 2 adults. The room is equipped with a projector (popin Aladdin 2). You can enjoy movies (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) and Youtube, etc. on a large screen covering the entire wall. Please have a great time with friends, lovers, or alone in this comfortable space.
