Beachfront vacation rentals in Tortola

From check-in to check out, the process was easy and seamless. Love the location as it was an easy eight minute drive from downtown Cruise Bay. It was very private and safe feeling with spectacular views. The outdoor showers were a great touch and we enjoyed the pool. Joy was a very responsive communicator and quick to be as accommodating as possible to our needs. Would certainly book again.

James and Tara are the best Hosts!!! Very responsive and extremely upbeat humans. We appreciate the ride to cruz bay as well! The airbnb was private and super clean. The view is incredible and the sounds of the roosters and donkeys added great ambiance Absolutely perfectly appointed. There's everything you need in the kitchen (and more) plus water/beach accessories (chairs, coolers, ice packs). The safe plus the washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus. Although the area is super safe, we loved that the community was gated for extra privacy. We loved our stay and hope to book longer than 5 days next year. Thank you James and Tara!

Honeymoon was conveniently situated within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and cruise Bay ferry. What a nice stay! I’ll be a return customer :)

Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

We'd been to St. John years ago and the rental we used in the past was no longer available. In looking for a place to stay for a visit this year, I was afraid we'd need to pay more than I'd expected. I was thrilled to have found the Seahorse and The Turtle as it was affordable and offered what we needed. We found the location to be perfect, it was on the Coral Bay side of the island but between the North Shore beaches and Coral Bay, making it convenient to the beaches or finding a bite to eat in Coral Bay. We found the cottage to be exactly as the pictures showed. It was clean and neat and included all we needed for our time on the beach, including the noodles that make lounging in the water more enjoyable. The line to hang swimsuits and towels ran the length of the deck and was perfect for hanging our things after the trips to the beach. The fact that the cottage was on a paved road, with the driveway at cottage level made travel and loading and unloading the car a breeze.

White Bay Villas cottages are just a slice of paradise. The view is the "wow" factor, however the cottage is more spacious than even the pictures do justice with a nice little separate living room and a small galley kitchen that has everything you need. The location is very private...a very manageable 4-5 minute footpath winds down to the private beach at east end of White Bay. You cannot leave a car immediately at the cottage...I was there without a car and any number of local drivers can pick you up very quickly...I think Jost Van Dyke is fine without a rental car FWIW due to the friendly and responsive taxis.

We absolutely LOVE staying here! Patrick is an awesome host, super responsive. Great location, clean, easy to find. This is our favorite place for an amazing stay on St. John!! Can’t wait to be back soon :)

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

Great week at the Westin Villa. Our family of 4 fit just fine in this studio. Nice to be a bit removed from the rest of the resort but an easy walk down the hill to any amenity we would need. We would rebook for sure.

Sundancer is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Unlike most listings that feel like investment properties, Sundancer feels like a well appointed home. The home is beyond clean and exceptionally comfortable. The views and the peacefulness can’t be beat. We found the location to be perfect - close enough to Cruz Bay for dinners out but far enough that there are long stretches of time where all you hear is the crashing surf below. Robert and his team were excellent communicators and made our first stay on STJ very special.

Ohhh where to begin. John and Rose were great hosts starting from the booking process all the way to our departure. John and Rose picked up our groceries at the ferry and even unloaded them at the house. They also arranged a ride for us from the ferry to their home. Rose greeted us with home made Rum Drinks and a bottle of wine. The house was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed soaking in the infinity pool overlooking Great Harbor. The location was perfect being close to all the night life in JVD. John and Rose were available 24/7 if we had any questions during our stay. We highly recommend this property….you won’t be disappointed!!! We can’t wait for our next trip!!! Thank you John and Rose!!!!!!!

What a beautiful place - the views were amazing. The location - astounding! The unit itself had everything we needed. Close to snorkeling and hiking. Be sure to rent a Jeep because the roads are steep and winding. We loved it!

Anna-Kaye’s condo was exactly what we wanted! It’s on a beautiful secluded beach with access to the Wyndham Resort amenities that’s located next door. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and only steps from the beach. Michele was our local host and made sure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. She arranged for pickup and drop off to the airport, provided us with a car rental, answered all our questions and provided numerous suggestions. Having a car, we traveled all over Tortola and did day trips to St John, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, Peter Island and Norman Island. Perfect condo, already planning a return trip!

This a wonderful home and perfect for a large family, or 3 couples. Fabulous views, relaxing deck, plenty of space to hang out, and a great pool to cool off in…Wendy was very helpful and has a wonderful local team…..we loved it all!

Caron and Dave’s place is immaculate. We stayed in the lower level room and the pictures do not do it justice. St John is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful places in the world and our trip was filled with nothing but beautiful beaches, trails, etc. but Caron and Dave’s place was still the best view we had on our entire trip. The room was very comfortable with a dedicated AC unit and large bathroom. The private porch is the PERFECT place for a morning coffee, which we enjoyed every morning of our trip thanks to the coffee machine provided. The pool is perfect for cooling off with a drink after a long day in the sun. We were even stunned at how beautiful the view was from the parking spots up above the house. Caron and Dave - thank you for an incredible stay and we hope to be back very soon. Having rum and cokes, muffins, and fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived was also so fun and appreciated. Hope to be back soon!

Was a great place to stay for two people. Felt secluded out on the deck at night with all the plants and trees. The bed is extremely comfy and big. Very nice having ac at night and the full kitchen is great if you feel like cooking your own meal once and awhile. I’ll def be looking to stay here again in the future!

These accommodations were very roomy, particularly all the covered outdoor space where we spent the majority of our "at home" time. The view was spectacular and the ferry only minutes away. It was quiet, peaceful, gorgeous; just what we needed to recharge. Bedrooms, baths, kitchen, living spaces were all clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Kristen gave very detailed instructions and quickly responded the few times we had a question. We highly recommend this beautiful villa!

This unit was a beautiful location overlooking the resort pool and Cruz bay. The unit was clean and well kept. I can’t wait to go back!

The house suited our needs wonderfully, and location couldn't have been better, being right on the beach and next to two great restaurants. We really do appreciate the care you took to make sure we felt at home, and your responsiveness to our questions and requests. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer than a week, but very much look forward to staying with you again next year!

We had an incredible stay at this St. John gem! If you're looking for a private, authentic island experience, this is it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. The house itself is a charming rustic island home with breathtaking views. We loved having two separate living spaces, perfect for our group of two couples. The provided coolers, chairs, and floaties were a fantastic bonus, and we truly felt like we were living like locals. Plus, it was wonderfully affordable for all the amenities and views. Highly recommend!

Tory was great he checked in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. The WiFi and selections of movies made it very comforting, just like being at home. The bed linens were crisp and clean and the entire place was immaculate. We truly did enjoy the peaceful locations right next to some local restaurants and supermarket. Our morning coffee had the best view from either floor. Tory offered free shuttle to and from the ferry along with access to the pool and private little beach area. Their place is perfect for a family conveniently located close to the West End.

Staying at this place worked out better than we could have hoped. The pictures do not do the place justice. It is clean, well-kept, and very comfortable for groups up to 6-8. The washer/dryer in-unit and FREE PARKING are huge when going to St. John. Errin was also very responsive. The listing said there would be a hairdryer, and when we couldn't find it our local host, Enid, came by with a new one in less than 10 minutes. The location is less than 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal (passenger and car), so the location on the AirBNB map isn't correct. It is right in the heart of Cruz Bay. To get to shops/restaurants/VI National Park Visitors Center there is no need for a car. The car is useful if you want to explore the beaches or the east side of the island, but theoretically you could get to all the main tourist beaches using taxis. Either way, having a dedicated parking space is a huge perk (get a Jeep). We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!
