Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

We spent two delightful weeks at Alex's place. It was all we expected and more. The home is very spacious and lacked for nothing. The surroundings are amazing - the photos didn't do it justice. The space was clean and very well-equipped. Having morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Caribbean was so spectacular. It was probably the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

This was our first trip to the VI. Turtle's Nest was a perfect kick-off to the many beaches, restaurants and shops in the area. The beautiful gardens and pond gave pleasing and peaceful aesthetics to the location. All the basics were met, and then some, with special welcoming touches and a most comfortable setting. Thank you for offering a spot that truly enhanced the overall experience!

Julie and Jack are wonderful hosts and provided many tips and suggestions for making our vacation more enjoyable and safer on St. John. We felt like we were visiting family. We rented a Jeep from Jack, and he took the time to explain how to navigate the roads (driving on the left) and the various places where we needed to be careful to stay safe. (He even explained that the sheep, goats and donkeys on the road don't bother moving even if you use the horn. He was right, ha ha). We signed up for Julie's cooking as many nights as she offered, and we were thankful that we did. First, her cooking is AMAZING. Also it was very nice not to have to go out to find dinner every night. We discovered that the restaurants in Coral Bay are not very good, and Cruz Bay is too far to drive to for dinner on bad roads. Having Julie do the cooking relieved the stress of having to go out after a long day exploring. We highly recommend Julie and Jack's place if you are planning to go to St. John.

If I could give Into the Mystic 6 stars I would! This place is so unique and magical! It is situated on the quiet side of St John, but still close to the national park and beaches, and a small grocery store and beachy restaurants. The decor is fun, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The deck feels like a treehouse and was such a lovely place for morning coffee. We had visits from hummingbirds as we watched boats in the bay below in a very pleasant private setting. Tracy was extremely responsive and helpful in providing recommendations and alerting us when routine maintenance of the property may affect us. This is not just a place to stay on vacation, but part of vacation itself! One FYI for those who aren't aware - driving in St John is on the left side of the road, and it is very hilly! All part of the adventure!

Yokasta’s Air B&B was well organized and equipped with everything you could ever need. We especially appreciated having laundry on sight to wash our travel clothes! Her communication was clear and promptly responded to any questions! If she would not have provided the video clip directions from the Enis Adams Primary School we never would have found the house. Just as expected, the home is located up on the steep hillside of Tortola. A rental car is a must! It was a nice sanctuary to recover from our long journey from Alaska. The pictures truly do not do this property justice! The views are amazing, but the hospitality was even better.

This place was very secluded and private. Went to bed every night listening to the tree frogs and woke up to the birds. No noisy neighbors. Outdoor shower was a seller for us. Getting clean while enjoying the view of the valley=top notch. Amber was an unbelievable host. She was extremely proactive in telling us how to find the house and what was involved in the stay. She was great for local and Cruz Bay recommendations on restaurants, bars, and beaches. Stayed in quite a few AirBnB's and have never had a host that was as eager to make sure we had a great stay. If we come back to St Johns, I will not stay anywhere else.

Amanda was very communicative and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. With only moments to the pristine beach, the location could not be beat. The resorts pool is literally in the front yard but less you pay the day fee of $100 it cannot be used which felt like a tease. However, if you get the day pass, $75 can go towards a meal at the resort which we did one day and I’d say it was worth it. The home was cozy with enough space, coffee and creamer provided as well as other daily items which we appreciated. We would stay there again for sure. So beautiful!!

My wife and I stayed at Island Terrace View for 7 nights / 6 days in February as a winter break. The room is smallish but cozy, comfortable, and well equipped to be a home base for exploring eastern St Johns. We had an amazing trip exploring the island - snorkeling, hiking, and taking in nature in general. A big bonus of staying at ITV is the beach and snorkeling gear provided for its guests. We had never snorkeled before but fell in love with it as we swam among the fish and turtles on many beautiful beaches. ITV sets up on the side of a steep hill and is very private, quiet, and has a lot of birds that frequent the grounds. Trish is a great host who enjoys sharing her love for St Johns with her guests and was very helpful with her recommendations and answering questions while planning for the trip. We look forward to the next visit...

The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The beach was very close which we loved. There are steps to/from the beach which wasn't an issue for us, but be aware in case steps are a concern. The snorkeling was awesome...better than other places we visited. We were able to rent snorkel equipment on the beach there so very convenient. The beach restaurant had great food. They served breakfast and lunch..just pizza after 6pm. The Caribbean Fish Market is a pricier restaurant. We went for appetizers and drinks and it was ok. We made reservations at The Ritz Carlton next door for Italian food one night. We were able to walk there. It is a different property and it was a little walk. We didn't have to go out on the main roads so it felt safe. We enjoyed the food there! The location of the condo requires either a rental car or taxi to visit Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie. Staci is a great host and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were so pleased we booked with Kristen and Ultimate Villas. The best is the view from the enormous balcony! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of towels. All amenities were as described and included, and we did not use the air conditioner because the night breeze and fans was perfect. We used the new fridge and not many of the appliances. Recommend to rent a car to get to location and overall a car is ideal for St John island. The location is close to market and Cruz Bay restaurants. We were escorted to the place the first time as it was tricky to find but then we got the hang of it. We were told one plank on the door was broken and we closed it off with a towel since it was close to the lock, until the maintenance guy came to fix it 2 days in. We felt the place was secluded and private not to worry. We appreciated the beach towels and extra bed made for my family. If we had any question she answered quickly. So pleasant, friendly and easy all around. Thx for having us!

We loved our stay at Nelle and Elle's! Everything worked for us! Nelle was a kind host, great to talk to, with many local recommendations! We were able to cook our breakfast on the gas stove, so we can get out quickly and explore more. We highly recommend Nelle's rental.

Lucian was very easy to communicate with. The place was easy to get to with his instructions. It was very clean and he even upgraded us to a different apartment.

This was such a magical stay! Very comfy and well located. I even had the pleasure of enjoying fresh fruit from trees just outside my door! Bob and Marlene are wonderful hosts, they were not only accommodating and kind but truly made me feel at home. Bob picked me up and took me for a grocery shop and then also dropped me off at the boat upon my sad departure. The location is perfect, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the heart of Cruz Bay! Although heading home was up hill, I had no problems taking my time and enjoying the scenery. I did not rent a car and had no issues getting around the island via taxi and on foot. I cannot recommend this stay enough, peaceful, spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back and looking forward to seeing the hosts lovely smiles:)

Loved our stay at Inner Beauty! Very quiet and comfortable spot with all that you could possibly need including a beach umbrella and beach chairs which we used daily. Bed is super comfortable and the apartment is filled with interesting art and tons of books. We cooked almost every night. It was really helpful to have condiments and odds and ends that we didn't have to buy. Best of all was the beautiful garden which is very private and shaded after a full day at the beach and the easy parking. Everything was really wonderful and I'd definitely stay here again!

Great condo with ocean view. Everything you need within 8 min taxi or oven walking on the resort. The host and staff at the resort were super nice and pleasant. Thank you again. Till the next trip

Trey’s place was so clean, comfortable, and it was a perfect place for my family to stay for a few days! The view of the tennis courts and beach were great for breakfast, and we tried the resort restaurants as well. We had a rental car, so it was super easy to drive to other beaches, and we also spent a day over in St John. The kitchen was stocked as well. Can’t recommend enough!

Jacqueline and her daughter, Monetta, were responsive the whole time. Monetta met us at the car barge dock and escorted us to their home. From the moment we arrived they made us feel at home and was helpful answering our questions. Their place is beautiful and the views are wonderful. We would stay here again. Thank you both.

Glenn's place was perfect for two people and had everything you could need. Everything seemed brand new and kitchen was awesome to make breakfast in. The view from the deck and hot tub was worth every penny. Just follow Glenn's directions to get you there the first time, then its quite easy to remember. Just drive slow! It is a narrow road back to the home in some spots. If we come back, we would definitely stay here again.
