Cristinas place was spotlessly clean. Very easy to check in with the lockbox. She was very responsive and proactive in contacting me with the check in instructions a few days before. Gave lots of information about the local area. Great spot only 15 mins from Alicante airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It lived up to the description and photos . Fantastic location, so accessible to shops the shopping centre, restaurants and beach Would highly recommend

The apartment is very conveniently located, has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the hosts have been attentive at all times and have been very kind.

A great place to stay at a perfect location.

We had a great time, just like the ad says. It was very clean and well-equipped, great for getting around by car because it's a neighborhood with a lot of hills. The good thing is that there's a parking space in the residential complex very close to the apartment entrance, which makes the stay much easier.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

A great stay in a very nice place. The villa is very pretty and has everything you expect for a holiday. Mickael is very friendly and the communication was perfect. I recommend it!

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. The surroundings are magically beautiful on the edge of the forest and with a nice view. It's just a short walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and really friendly and helpful. In short, definitely worth an oeite

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Absolutely loved our stay at Jose's airb&b. beautiful place with beautiful quiet surroundings. Everything is as described. Great working WiFi. Lovely gesture of host at arrival with bottle of wine, water and biscuits. Super clean and comfortable place. Has literally everything you need. 5 mins walk from beach. Loved the big pool towels provided by host. can 100% recommend this great airb&b. Super nice host.

Flora is a wonderful host, and we can't help but express our delight in staying in her cozy house! Everything that is written on the Internet is absolutely true. The place was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay. Flora is incredibly responsive and attentive: she not only helped us organize a transfer to the airport, but also suggested what interesting places to visit, where there are shops and other useful points. Flora's house had absolutely everything we needed for our trip! Thank you, Flora, for such an attentive approach to details! It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!
