We loved staying here. Spent the New Year’s holiday here with our family - all adults. Living room was comfortable, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our New Year’s Day dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to host our family Christmas! Clean, cozy, comfy home with lots of character! Had plenty of space and parking to accommodate our group. Haley was the most responsive host I have ever had the pleasure of staying through. Friendly and prompt with all her responses. would highly recommend.

There was a new-ish feel to the place as it seems to be checked on and maintained. Every light bulb tried worked which seems to set the stage for a good stay. Neighbors know how to smile and wave but no snoopy stares. Abundant supply of everything that I've been shorted on at other places. If I go back to the Topeka area again I'll be checking the availability of this place first.

Lisa and Chad are amazing host! The property was so comfy, clean, and cozy. They had everything we could have needed and that included drinks for us and treats for my dog we could buy. The personal touch that went into leaving a plate with cookies, a dog treat and a welcome note made me feel so special away from my home. Their flexibility was amazing and beyond helpful in my situation. The place was beautiful and so clean. I will definitely be back again and couldnt recommend any higher or I would.

I've stayed at Linda's place twice now and enjoyed it both times. Passing through on a road trip, Linda's spacious apartment was a perfect place to relax, have a couple meals, take a walk in the neighborhood, and get a good night's sleep. I liked the time-warp of the retro decor, everything was in working order and very clean. the rooms are huge! The neighborhood was a perfect place to walk my dogs as well. I'd stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I can honestly say this is the most equipped home I have stayed in... food in the kitchen rice beans and more and even had diapers, feminine products and Tylenol in the medicine cabinet... just in case. The basement is an arcade and play center from ages 1-99 ... with a ball pit and pool table. So much fun! Wonderful host who allowed late check out which I appreciated because I didn't get to check in until after 5 due to a delayed flight. Thank you so much Brian for creating this awesome space to lay your hat for the night.

Host was very responsive and helpful. The place was easy to find and to access upon arrival. The house was really loud with creaking and tapping on walls and pipes and the old heater in our room and woke us up a couple of times. I wish we could have stayed longer so we could have enjoyed to lake and walking paths which were a short walk from the house. It is a beautiful location and we would stay here again in the future.

Candi’s “She Shed” is a beautiful gem and my only complaint is that I didn’t stay more than two nights. There are so many thoughtful touches, including super cozy blankets, a coffee and tea bar set up, and warm fluffy socks. The theming and decor were lovely, and the hot tub was perfect to counter the freezing temps we experienced while visiting. Would highly recommend!

Great spot, near downtown, which was why we were in town. House was just as pictured with lots of nice upgrades, like charge ports EVERYWHERE, Alexa iPad thing, as my kids call it and smart tvs throughout. All the kids enjoyed the arcade games and basement, the adults appreciated the cleanliness and amenities. 10/10

Aaron and Thad were fantastic! They were communicative and respectful. Dropped by hand soap for the kitchen without a single disturbance to us. You will need to bring your own fire wood and if you plan on cooking your own food there you may want to bring a few of your own spices. Other than that, fantastic space. Great to unwind and relax for a few days. We will gladly return!
