This ranch style home is located in a spacious, quiet, older neighborhood. It has a very open layout which is great for social gatherings. The interior living, dining and kitchen areas all flow into the 3 bedrooms right down the hall. Looking out the back of the home it is easy to forget you have neighbors. Off the living room there is a cozy screened back porch with steps leading down to a shaded back patio. The basement offers open space with a pool table, home theater, laundry & 4th bedroom.

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We have woken up many morning sitting watching the turkey and deer grazing behind our house. Easily accommodates a large group in a comfortable setting with good times for all ages.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, additional queen inflatable bed (17” high) downstairs and a twin bed downstairs. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Lovely lake house that sits next to federal hunting ground. This is the perfect place to hunt, fish, bird watch or just play on the lake. Boat dock and lake are a short 10 minute walk down the hill (about a football field walk, wear walking shoes). Kitchen is fully furnished and has an outdoor fire pit. Great home away from home.
